This ship is excellent to sail on. The staff are so attentive to your every need. Milan working in the Casino took care of my daughter and my self as if we were the only people on the ship. Anthony who took care of our cabin was the same. he always asked each day how we were doing and if we needed anything. He was wonderful. The rest of the staff were the same. The ports were great where we stopped and we would take this same cruise again. Can't wait until we set sail again.!!

I have booked and got confirmation for a Caribbean cruise, I was happy with the sales staff and excited to go on my cruise. One day later, I received an email of another version of the invoice with a higher price. I was not notified that a change has been made. After spending more than an 2 hours on the phone, was told by a supervisor that there was a mistake made and my price is now higher. That makes no sense to me that the price can change after the inital price has been confirmed. I have lost my trust in Cruise.com and will not be a returning customer. In the end I insisted and my price was unchanged but the supervisor refused to honor my friend's cabin and raised their price. Very disappointed with Cruise.com
By booking through Cruise.com I was able to get a cruise at the last minute (days before) even though the cruise line said all the cabins were booked. I even saved $120 on gratuities! That's a great deal. I will definitely book my next cruise through cruise.com.
I have used cruise.com for several years. My first experience was about five years ago when I booked a cruise to Antarctica. I had many questions, and I was lucky enough to get Heather Brooke as my agent. She was very knowledgeable and provided me with sound advice on many aspects of the various cruise lines and cabins. It was not our first cruise, but I felt that this was a "once in a lifetime" It was a wonderful trip. I no longer check various online booking sites; I go straight to cruise.com, where I get the best deal without going from site to site. Another cruise has just been booked by me for the near future with cruise.com and with the help of Heather (ex. 150). For the record, I have had to deal with other agents a few time, and they are also very knowledgeable and helpful.

Cruise.com was very easy to use. All the documentation, etc. was sent in a timely manner - and there was no hassle using the company's $50 on board credit. Unfortunately, the cruise itself was disappointing. I've been on Celebrity at least five times and thoroughly enjoyed my earlier experiences. But I've always been on a Solstice class ship. This time around I was on the Constellation. Big disappointment. Service was awful; food was mediocre; a real step down from the larger ships. I think it would be great if Cruise.com reps would point out the difference between the ships. I think it would help folks better pick the cruise that is right for them.

We, party of four, very senior citizens and computer illiterate, would appreciate very much if stuff like boarding pass and luggage tags can be downloaded for us so that we can print them out at the local library. We would certainly do business with Cruise.com again in the near future if prices are reasonable. Good job. Keep it up!!!!
Only problem I had was during peak call volumes, the call would disconnect. Also, getting the same agent that made the original reservation required leaving a message for him. He then would call back. Otherwise, good experience. Prices about the same as the cruise line but cruise.com gave more on board credit so it was worth it.
I have booked 15+ cruises through cruise.com and I have always been 100% satisfied. There has never been a problem. They do everything they can to work with you to get the cabins and pricing that works best for you. In fact this last booking Brian went over and above for us on securing a great rate, thank you. We look forward to sailing on the Oasis of the Seas and we plan to continue using cruise.com for all our cruising needs.
My girlfriend and I had no problem booking our cruise and it was fast and easy. When I did have a question I called Cruise.com and Savannah took my call and answered all my questions. She had to put my on hold while she was checking on something for me and kept coming back to let me know what she was doing. She was really helpful and when I called back with another question I happened to get her again and it was like talking to a friend.
Cruise.com gets you with their fine print and easy to use online booking system. They got me. When I asked about my cancelling options, they just sent me a Urgent Final Payment notice with threat of heavy penalty. Yes, I should have read all of the fine prints. But do we understand exactly what it all means? I will never ever deal with them again.
