I've been using cruise.com for our annual cruises since 2009; some years we do 2 cruises. They have the best deals and are very helpful with multi-room bookings. All our bookings have gone smoothly and we have never had any problems.

Just booked a cruise. We have been on several cruises with Norwegian Cruise LIne and love them. They were helpful and very knowledgeable with their information. Keeping my fingers crossed everything goes well.
The rep seemed very helpful with planning our vacation. My only concern is that I received a couple confirmations and not one was the same as the others. I do hope to get it straightened out, I'm just afraid the OBC will be decreased as in one of the confirmations. $200 on one, and only $50 on the other!
I had booked a cruise on February 26, 2015 for a 7-day excursion at the end of August 2015 out of Baltimore. For last minute financial reasons, I will not be able to go on this excursion. I tried to cancel the set cruise, but was told I would "lose my $500 deposit". Being that the excursion is a good 5 months away, why do I have to end up losing my deposit? I have done some research about "Cruise.com", and I am seeing alot of complaints from previous customers.

I did not have any problem booking the cruise trip, but the Web Page doesn't contain any information about your reservation. The Android App some content, but it can be better if you can review the status for your payments. It can be better if you can pay trough the app everything about your cruise. In other words, a little more control for the reservations. The cutomer support was great (Mail and phone).

We do much of the research ourselves, but always work and book with Carley (extension 129) of Cruise.com. She is a delight to work with. She knows what she is doing and does it with ease, with in-depth knowledge of the cruise lines and their promotions, and all with a touch of humor and dignified humanity. The few times we have had to change cruise plans and insurance, she has cancelled and rebooked us seemingly without effort. The result: we cruise In a great cabin, at a good price, benefit from rebates and promotions, and travel when and where we desire. What could be better?
