Mar 24,2022I sent Crystal Imagery a photo of a US Army logo and asked if they could etch it on one of their advertised glassware. They were a tremendous help in their response and even sent an email of what it would look like. I just now received the shipment and all I can say is WOW, extremely pleased!!!! Will be placing more orders for gifts, etc. This place rocks folks!!!

In addition, they produced exactly the design I intended including the height adjustments to accurately denote the 2 oz pour fill line. And the feel of sand carved sand etching. Mar 17,2022This is the second time that I've placed an order with Crystal Imagery, and both times, the service and product were fantastic. Both times, I requested a custom engraving where the image submitted was in color. I'd had no idea how to translate that into a design that would work. Julie, at Crystal Imagery, email me a proof of their translation, and it was wonderful. The service is fast - on both separate times, the time period between me submitting the order and actually receiving the completed product to my door was less than a week - maybe 5 days. These days, that's more magical than Santa Claus. I will DEFINITELY be sending more business to their team. Customer service, product quality, communication - 5 stars and more!
