Aug 22,2021Our order arrived earlier than expected as it was listed as being in stock in 2-3 weeks so this was a happy surprise! The bed was easy to put together, but we discovered a scratch on one end. When I contacted cuckooland their customer service was excellent- replies were speedy and polite and a satisfactory ending was arrived at promptly. I would order from them again- it’s not often that customer service as as good as theirs was.

Aug 21,2021I never normally write reviews but the level of customer service I have recieved especially off Emily has been outstanding. My daughters bed has some slats missing and they offered to find me another bed that they had in stock as they would have to order the slats in. But my little girl really wanted that one she originally chose, so they let my little girl choose a free snurk bedding set which made her day, while we wait for the bed to arrive. Emily has kept me informed every step of the way. So can't thank them enough. Thank you Emily. Edit We have now recieved the bed and it's wonderful my little girl is thrilled. It got delivered this week and Emily was on annual leave but before she went on leave she let me know that her colleague Luana would look after us and keep in touch. Luana did this and kept us update every step of the way til we recieved the bed. I honestly can not recommend the professional conscientious staff Emily and Luana enough. So Thank you again.

Not all heroes wear capes but in this case, everyone involved in getting our order delivered at such short notice, due to a total screw up by another company (who shall remain nameless, don't want to be that bitter person). After waiting seven months for a bed that never arrived we had to give up find an alternative and horrendously short notice. Baby due imminently, not ideal. Especially when bedroom planning was done six months ago. Trying to find and have a bed delivered in less than two weeks is a tall order. But Cuckooland delivered. In every area. Delivery was so quick and respectful to our shielding needs. Communication regarding delivery and follow up has been amazing and we are so so grateful. Our toddler's new bed is stunning. They are thrilled. We now also have a chance of preparing for our new arrival due any time without having to stress about furniture or rooms being ready. Busy weekend for us.Thank you so much. When our next child goes up to their "big" bed we know exactly where to go without thinking twice. Awesome service and got us out of a far from the ideal situation!

I was a little sceptical at first because I had never ordered from them before but a lovely lady Samantha gave me a call the following day and went through the specs of the product I wanted, told me the expected delivery dates and I felt so much more at ease. To my surprise, the expected stock date for this specific product was in two weeks and I literally received my baby’s cot in less than 5 days! I am over the moon! I couldn’t recommend this site enough!!!

Aug 07,2021After an extensive search for garden furniture for our new house we found the Cuckooland offered the ideal solution with a dining set from the Maze Rattan range. Ordering online was straightforward but due to the effects of Coronavirus there was a long delivery time from the manufacturer. We were kept informed by Leah, who always responded promptly and efficiently to our additional queries. We would have no hesitation in recommending Cuckooland.

Aug 06,2021I wish I had not ordered from this company. I ordered my daughters bedroom furniture in March. Estimated delivery should have been within 8-10 weeks. I am still waiting. Customer services have responded to my e-mails. But the length of time I’ve waited now is just too long. Very disappointed.

Aug 04,2021I ordered 2 garden domes. Unfortunately 1 dome found the hot weather a bit too much and the seam melted in the heat. The customer service was amazing, helpful, fast, responsive and I have a new cover on its way to me. I will be buying the material cover for the warmer weather to prevent this happening again.
