I think 1 start is high for the inconvenience they have caused me for the last 3 weeks. When everything goes well must be a pretty good experience But when something goes wrong that's when the company shows you how they treat a customer.Ordered a cot bed from them 1 of the support beams came with a big crack so contacted customer service to ask for a replacement or some sort of solution mind you this was 3 weeks ago, I was told we will ask the manufacturer if they can provide a replacement part. 3 days no reply back so I asked for an update was told oh we can send you a replacement for the part as we the manufacturer doesn't have it in stock due to the whole logistic issue going on. In turn they offer me 30£ refund and keep the damaged cot. What am I going to do with a damaged cot and 30£ ? Buy 30£ worth duckt tape and hope that it doesn't break? I said no I was a replacement or a full refund. To which they came back in couple days and said we'll offer you a replacement and we'll arrange for the old one to be picked up. The old one was picked up Friday afternoon and it's now Monday afternoon I've seen 2 emails asking for an update to which I don't have any replies. And I've mentioned on the emails that my wife is due end of this month. And they have been unprofessional and unhelpful. I've even asked for a refund. If you can't offer a replacement just give me my money back I'll just buy from a different retailers I can't be running around chasing you everyday for the last 2 weeks. Also I think they have a limit of 1 reply to a customer a day as I've notice they only reply to one email and the. If you reply to them answering thier query you don't get a reply back from them. Safe to say I won't be doing any more business with them.
We bought a bed for my daughter about a year ago from Cuckooland. The bed is with Trundle bed and drawer, which we use the lower part as a storage and middle - as a sleepover bed for her friends. The bed itself is a perfect size for small bedrooms, it doesn't look bulky and has got lots of storage - full size underneath. And you dont need to think where her guests will sleep as well. She is 10 years old and even myself, I could sleep on it, it look very comfy! My daughter says she is very happy with it. After a year of use the frame still is very stable, although we open lower drawer very often, she keeps her toys in it. The bed arrived on time, without any delays. They also send you updates when shipped. No regret about this purchase and would definitely recommend it!
I have had my sons beautiful bed and chest of drawers just over a year now still couldn’t be happier with the products I ordered. They are sturdy and look amazing. With a robust 4 year old, jumping, climbing, pulling on them they are still as great as day one. We are on the Isle of Wight and the company couldn’t have been more helpful with delivery and support keeping me up to date with delivery times and items coming into stock :) planning to order again soon for my older boys bedroom in the new year.
Our young son absolutely adores this bed. It makes a great den, and a lovely cosy place to sleep. Putting it together was easy - good set of instructions, and all the pieces just slotted together. It’s very sturdy and well made. We are still using it over a year later and hoping it will see him through his childhood years.
Absolutely useless company, Do not buy! Inferior quality products! Bought 2 I items in July, totally cheap product. No response from customer service and when response came totally useless so please do not buy from this company. Never again.
Overall the service was good. I like the quality of the products. However, I took one star for the delay in delivery. It took longer than expected. Considering it was nursery furniture, the delivery time was very important. The customer service team, Leah West, was super helpful. My ticket was traced and the updates were provided regularly. placed an order for a bed for my daughter, delivery company txt me a date and husband took the day off work. On the day of delivery received a txt at 6.30 am to say 1 out of 4 boxes was missing but they would deliver the rest. Waited in all day nothing was delivered. Rang delivery company who apologised and said they had decided not to load on the van as order was incomplete. A few days later the missing 1 of 4 boxes was delivered. Rang company who then arranged the other boxes to be delivered. Again another few days and the remaining 3 boxes were finally delivered. Boxes were ripped, full of a black substance all over them and looked very knocked about. I assumed this was probably just because they had been loaded on and off delivery vans a couple of times. Husband opened boxes and the fabric on the side of bed was full of the same black dirty substance with finger prints all over the side of the frame, it also rattled as if something was broken inside the frame. On opening a second box there was a rip on the material. I decided there and then I had, had enough. I packed the bed back up and requested a return in which I received an email to try and resolve the situation asking for the parts that was broken in order to get them replaced. I therefore advised I just wanted a return and refund. I then received an email asking if parts were all boxed back up and ready for collection! I further advised they were all boxed and taped back up awaiting collection to my astonishment of an email asking if I could send photos to prove this. I have never in my life been asked to prove my items were ready for collection but I sent photos. I then waited and waited but no collection was arranged I emailed and was advised that the collection comes from manufacture. I then took it upon myself to email manufacture to ask for a collection and the lady said could not deal directly with me. But low and behold the next day I had a collection date. I am now on my 10th date of waiting for a refund and 2 emails later. I have been informed refunds can only be put through once they have had confirmation from manufacture that the item was collected. I will therefore be emailing flair again to ask if they can hurry up and inform of the collection so I can finally receive my refund.
Really good experience with this company. Helpful and responsive customer service team and a great product that we were unable to source anywhere else. Their 'customer first' attitude is a breath of fresh air and other similar companies would do well to learn a few lessons from them.
Wanted to change my order to a different bed and you guys answered after two rings and sorted my order within minutes, refreshing to receive decent service, will definitely be recommending you guys and your team in future.
Had the bed for over 12 months now and still thrilled with it. The quality of the build is brilliant and it still looks brand new. Service levels were five star from day one, would recommend highly. More expensive products but worth every penny!

Having never ordered from this company before I was extremely impressed with the quality of the bed. I also wanted to thank chloe in customer services who went above and beyond to help me. The entire customer service department were excellent and genuinely wanted to help. The delivery service was also excellent. I cannot recommend this company highly enough and I will be using them again already looking for a 2nd purchase.
Purchased the triple bunk beds,for my granddaughters and they love them.They were quite expensive but worth every penny.The quality is amazing and they will last a long time.You won’t be disappointed! Thanks Cuckooland!
I purchased the Lifetime Adventure Hangout Kids Bed for my youngest boy as his first bed from his Cott bed. It's amazing! Lots of assembly involved but you appreciate that when you see how well mad the bed is. Yes the price is expensive compared to some other tree house style beds but the quality is brilliant! We have moved house and the bed was not impacted by the disassemble and reassemble. We've had this bed a year now and it's as solid as day one. If you are looking for something a bit special for your child this is a great choice
We got our bed from Cuckooland back in April 2020 after extensive research online for a reliable retailer. The service was exceptional and patient. Delivery was quick and they followed up to see if we had trouble. I can see my son using the bed for years to come. Strongly recommend Cuckooland for any related purchases you may need.
We brought our bed about a year ago and it’s still our kids favourite toy in their room and all of their friends love to play in it too. It wasn’t the cheapest bed but it’s really sturdy and high quality in comparison to others we’ve brought.

Oct 22,2021We bought a bed in May, but our bedroom had problems with decorating it, so it took till October to put it together, only to find the bed foot was a king size and the bed is a double, we rang the next day, sent photos off to the wonderful customer service told me it will be sorted. Within 3 days a new bed foot arrived, couldn’t be more happy! Quick and efficient and friendly!! I just love my bed! I would highly recommend this company, very well made product and excellent customer service, nothing was a problem! Well done Cuckooland!!
