Jul 28,2021Having ordered from the company the delivery was extremely fast and the communication very good. However when the product arrived it was very clearly a returned item that had been shipped out to us as new. The product was damaged internally and externally, the box was cut and damaged. We immediately returned it. Again the communication process was very good and a courier picked up the product very quickly. However after 10 days we got a message that they were waiting to process it, which is unreasonable because there isn't a courier service in this country that takes 10 days to deliver something in-country. Repeated requests for refund have initially went unanswered, there's unfortunately only one response to that. Finally, it's worth noting that whoever shipped the product in the first place would clearly have seen it was not new, would clearly have seen it was damaged, actually would have heard the bits in the product rattling around. They have since refunded me. I do make the point that their support staff are actually very helpful but do need prompting.

Jul 27,2021Ordered kids billy bed which arrived with late (past 10pm) on the delivery date. The product is generally good and well made however the foot board had loose fittings which means it won’t secure properly. Left a review on feefo and was contacted by the customer services the next day. They asked about the part details (provided close up images and the ref numbers per the assembly manual which were acknowledged by CS) and assured that the replacement part would be sent in due course. 3 weeks later got a further email requesting the the photo of the full bed as the supplier isn’t sure (not sure why?!) that the part they have processed is the right one. Provided the requested image. The whole experience is quite frustrating and I would rather return the product but they tell me it is not possible as it’s been assembled. Still waiting for a resolution …. Further update from Cuckooland Unfortunately, we have been informed that the billy bed is out of stock until the end of September so we will not be able to get your replacement parts until then Once we receive the items at our warehouse (transit time from Europe is 5-7 days), you will be contacted by one of our team to confirm a convenient delivery date before any delivery attempt is made. As soon as this arrives into our warehouse, our team will check your goods in and then we will be able to dispatch your items for delivery. As soon as this leaves our warehouse you will be contacted by the courier to confirm delivery. We apologise for any inconvenience this has caused and rest assured we will expedite your order at the earliest possible time. We can certainly look into sending bed in a different colour or we can wait until parts and we will of course look into replacement parts In summary, no eta, nothing. All one can do is wait….. Jul 21,2021Yesterday we had the pleasure of ordering our lovely new sofa from Cuckooland. The ordering process was quite simple however at the end we hit a little glitch. We were immediately contacted by a lovely assistant from Cuckooland who guided us to the end. The sale was then completed seamlessly. We were helped by Samantha who was friendly, and courteous, knew exactly what needed to be done and had a lovely pleasant telephone manner. The sale was completed stress free. Jul 18,2021When we bought our garden pod from Cuckooland, we were delighted with the professional, informed service we received. We have now had our pod for over a year, and have not regretted our decision to buy it. We have used it on countless occasions; it is a warm cocoon on cold and windy days, we use it as a spring and summer dining room, we have entertained friends and family in it, or simply sat reading in the indoor/outdoor space. The pod has been very much admired by friends, family ....and the range of workmen who have been around our house and garden! They have been impressed by the quality and workmanship. We bought a cover for the winter months, although we removed it from time to time to ‘air’ the pod. We have re- oiled the wood, which is a quick and easy job, and the pod still looks as good as when it was installed. All in all, an excellent purchase!

Jul 17,2021A beautiful looking bed that had parts missing on arrival. Parts took weeks to arrive. Less than 3 months later slats that are about 5mm thick broken even though it’s a child’s bed. I have had to pay for new slats to be made, take the bed apart and reassemble. This has taken hours of time and a lot more money but there was no point asking for new slats that are so shoddy they won’t stand the weight of a child for more than 3 months. Very poor quality products.

Jul 16,2021I fell in love with the rotating garden pod when I came across it at the top of an escalator in J. Lewis, but couldn't quite justify buying it until a year later in lockdown. What a great addition to our garden - and home! We've used it for summer evening dining, catching the last of the sunshine; a great place to sit, drink coffee and chat on the phone with the door zipped up and rain lashing outside - such are the vagaries of the Scottish climate. It's also a lovely place to work on a jigsaw, and our son even used it as a music studio with his practice drumming pad. And it looks great - as if it just landed from outer space!

Jul 14,2021Would give 6 stars if I could! I'm not normally one to leave a review but I just HAD to shout about my experience with Cuckooland. I was moving home and ordered a number of different items from Cuckooland. I called up to amend my delivery address and to my surprise a member of the team answered within seconds and they were polite and courteous. My order arrived within the advertised time and even though the Dining table did arrive with slight damage, I could not believe the incredible customer service I received. I spoke with Emma, who was straight on the case! She organised a replacement table to be delivered within two days and the other one picked up! WOW service indeed!

Jul 14,2021I love my new pod. It’s been a great edition to my garden. I’m very impressed with the sound system and heating. I look forward to enjoying spending more time in it this summer. Cuckooland has been extremely professional, efficient and friendly. The installers were really helpful, every member of staff I dealt with were amazing. I would highly recommend.
