Such great company. We ordered a Charlotte bed for our little one. They advised it would take 5 weeks as the item is made to order in Europe and a week for delivery. Whenever I rang customer service to enquiry about making the order, order and then follow up,they were always friendly and they all had the same answers,which shows they are very well organised. On top of that the item came early. 3 weeks early. Then the delivery with panther group. I had so many emails and text to make me aware of what day, and then on that day exactly were my order was. They were updating us all the time! What an amazing service. The item itself is of great quality and we all love it! 5 screws were missing. I emailed cuckooland and they replied right away explaining these items will be dispatched directly from Europe ASAP. Fantastic service

I bought the garden igloo- it’s fab! The Cuckooland were most marvellous when we hit problems - really really awesome!! In fairness there was a design fault that meant that the sand bag weights inside were always wet and so it steamed up inside. A combination of this and the worst window in years meant that the plastic ripped. I contacted the German manufacturer direct who had devised a solution by the time I contacted them and were sending it on - free. When it ripped I contacted Cuckooland (and I was actually pretty stressed). The team were lovely, chatty and normal! They made me feel at ease immediately. They helped liaise with the manufacturer and there was a small delay getting back to me as it was the Easter weekend. It was no bother to me but they phoned to apologise for the delay and then sent me a beautifully wrapped and awesome gift for the hassle. It wadn’t a huge gift but it was so thoughtful and personalised and beautifully wrapped with a witty gift tag I just fell in love with the company. They were actually one of the cheapest for this item - I really wouldn’t go anywhere else now.

The customer service I received was just second to none ! My parcel was lost by the courier, I spent 3 weeks getting no answer from UK Mail, within 48 hours of speaking to Mya at Cuckooland she had not only got replies from the courier , but sent a replacement too. Very polite and helpful and a wonderful product. I would not hesitate to recommend Cuckooland to everyone . The true worth of a company shows in how they handle situations where things go wrong and most fail miserably ! Cuckooland deserves everyone's custom.

Ordered a child's wardrobe which took 8 weeks to arrive. When inspecting the box received, it had obviously been in the wars and on opening it, many of the parts had either suffered damage on route or were just thrown in as is. Very shoddy. Rang customer services who were very good in arranging pickup and got a refund. Customer service was attentive but product fulfilment poor.

I doubt we ever receive what we paid for. I first thought they use the worst courier company but now I think Cuckooland is equally bad because they ignored the whole issue. We encountered multiple problems with delivery company: only some of the parts of the products have been delivered, one has been seriously damaged. We asked for a solution but Cuckooland failed to respond, which is appalling. Literally no email reply, no phone call. Not a single apology, no refund. I can see here that many people had the same problems and Cuckooland did absolutely nothing about it and continues to use the same courier (wanting to save money?). I run my own business and if I had a supplier who ruins my business I would fire them. But Cucukooland is not protecting its own customers who clearly spoke here below. I wish I read these reviews before I ordered from Cuckooland. We have not asked for a full refund because it is very frustrating and not worth all the stress. I haven't received Feefo review link - I think that must be sent only selected happy customers.

UNBELIEVABLY GOOD customer service. Placed 2 orders, had issues with one, they resolved it instantly. Thought I had issues with the 2nd (my fault, everything was fine) and they even called me to offer up solutions should there really be a problem. It's hard to find companies that care that much these days. Really impressed.

First time I've used Cuckooland.com, had an issue with delivery of a trampoline ordered and damage to its packaging. As a precaution and to ensure my son doesn't have a disappointing Christmas Day, they arranged a replacement. I'd like to express my thanks to Beth who arranged this within customer services as a matter of course. Great customer service and will definitely use again and would certainly recommend to friends and family. Well done and hope you all have a great Christmas.

Great online shop - brilliant range of unique products. I have ordered a number of items including a toy rocking horse for my niece. Which she absolutely loves!! When I asked questions about the product, they were quick to reply and very helpful. Will definitely be recommending this site to friends.

Good communication all the way through and excellent customer services. Good website, easy to use. My order arrived damaged, they liased with the supplier to quickly and effectively replace damaged part and were very efficient. Thanks guys!

Awful - Ordered a Sofa Bed from Cuckooland' website. Granted, it did specify the measurements under the dimensions page, but when ordering a 'Sofa Bed' one would assume that it would be big enough to sleep an average size adult. This can only accommodate a small child, if that. Now we have a 'Sofa Bed' that is not fit for purpose which we are told it will cost £50.00 to return plus a further (unknown) deduction for taking it out of the box!! I would have accepted an exchange from them and paid the difference for a more expensive sofa bed it it were an option. On top of all this, I had to wait 7 weeks for delivery!! This service is shocking. I will not be recommending to anyone!!

Experienced massive delays and quality issues when I ordered “Leander Linea Nursery & Baby 3-piece furniture set”, which was hugely frustrating and time consuming to resolve. I had initially ordered the nursery set via Cuckooland because it was advertised at a competitive price and delivery terms, however, opposed to the advertised expected dispatch time of 2-10 days, I ended up having a delay of almost 3-month before I had a complete, none-damaged nursery set in place. Although Cucklooland customer service were very apologetic about these ongoing issues with this particular order, these issues just seemed to be never ending and I was almost losing faith that we’d ever receive a nursery set that was complete and not damaged. In addition to this it became quite stressful as the baby due date was coming very close, but we did not have the furniture we needed to complete baby room. The issues ranged from a 1st delay, as the order had gone lost, then a 2nd delay as the manufacturer went on a 2 week summer break, followed by a 3rd delay and incomplete delivery (1 box out of the 7 boxes was missing). Once the missing box was delivered (this was approx. 8-9 weeks after the initial order) we started to assemble the nursery set and figured that some parts were incorrect as well as damaged, which made it impossible to complete the baby room. Again, we had to wait for another 2 weeks until a replacement set was shipped to us. The replacement set did again contain damaged items, however, since we also had kept the parts from the first shipping we were lucky enough to match them up with none-damaged items from this delivery. Considering I was constantly chasing customer service for updates on the issues and being clear about the urgency of timely and complete delivery (baby due date) it has taken way too long to get the issues resolved. To be fair, some of these issues may have also been caused by the manufacturer and delivery company, however, as an end customer I should not have to worry about cuckoolands supplier and partner relationships.

Very poor experience. Ordered 2 beds & draws. Only 1 bed turned up. They won't update me with where the order is. Having parted with my money I am none the wiser about where my goods are. Terrible customer service.

Only used the company once but would recommend. The items I ordered were delivered on time - and kept updated with delivery details for one item that was made-to-order. Had a slight issue with one product - a Zuiver Saber lightbox - but that was resolved the same day by James & Sam via an email through to customer services. You find out how good a company is when something goes wrong with an order, and Cuckooland impressed. Will order again

Avoid at all costs. In brief, after three months of waiting for a product delivery: the company mucked-up the delivery (wrong address), did not admit fault or apologise, were not compliant or flexible in arranging re-delivery and then cancelled the order of their own volition. Very unhelpful staff, dishonest and unfair, simply looking after their own interests. Avoid at all costs. Unfortunately, the response from cuckooland is rather misleading: very little effort was made to accommodate me and to rearrange delivery, apologise, or even remedy the situation in some way.

Still waiting for bed to be delivered. Emailed. Several days later received an email promising a call back the next day. And that was a week ago and still not heard. Avoid.
