I was looking for first big bed for my little son on lots of websites but my son chose a bed from Cuckooland. I was so excited to see the bed but I missed the offer on the day and can’t order the item.Every day my son asked me about delivery but I promised him soon.In the same time I contact cuckooland customer service for help and the lady Leah back to me few minutes later with amazing help.She done everything to help me and we now waiting for the bed.The customer service is brilliant answer so quick and very helpful. I definitely back to buy another bed in few few for my other two kids after we finish another bedroom.Thank you again Leah you a ⭐️
A bad story turned good... I'd ordered a couple of items for my nephews' Christmas presents. At the time of purchase everything was fine, but then after I emailed the customer service team to find out when to expect them they told me the items were out of stock. I felt really frustrated as I'd expect that to be communicated on the site or at least for them to proactively contact me and let me know. From that point on however, Luana Street from their customer service team contacted me on a frequent basis with updates on the order which was brilliant. It showed empathy and helped me feel reassured that you've not forgotten about my order. I've now received my order and have two happy nephews. Excellent customer service
October 2020 bought a Dutch Bone sideboard for £1289, one of the drawers came damaged. December 2020, they sent the wrong replacement. February 2021, they said due to Covid they can not get the part to me until June 2021, they did offer me £100 voucher but I turned it down and being a good sport said these things happen. August 2021 the replacement part arrived and in a worse condition than the original part, they did this time offer me £150 but as I paid for the unit on finance, I couldn’t have the £150 offer. 1st December 2021 the replacement unit is at stores and being checked for delivery. 20th December 2021 the drawer is lost but a new drawer will be on its way ASAP. 29th December 2021 the supplier to have a new drawer sent. 1st February 2022 the drawer is stuck at customs. 16 months and still waiting..... I have no confidence i will receive the replacement part leaving a £1289 item a waste of money
I ordered a concrete wall clock after much debate, it was on sale so in the end I just placed the order, I was super Impressed with their service, received two days later, full fracking of consignment with notification emails to say posted and was really happy with the clock so glad I ordered it. I’d recommend Cuckooland and will buy again from this company.
Ordered two beds in time for Christmas but they sent the wrong product for one of them, which meant we had to have 3 huge boxes in our hallway over christmas - as well as a disappointed kid whose brother had a bed and she didn't. After being fobbed off and wasting time on the phone and emails, we got the correct item well after christmas. As if things couldn't get any worse, sent back two unwanted items, shortly received confirmation of return, but still waiting for refund over 4 weeks later and having sent a couple of email reminders. This company has no respect for people's time.
We ordered a luxury rotating garden pod through Nathalie. From the start, she was very informative and on hand to answer all queries. Once ordered, an install date was promptly agreed and the guys turned up nice and early on the day and seamlessly installed the pod, clearly extremely competent and skilled. It is so nice to use a company who put customer service at the top of their agenda and the pod is a work of art and such a fabulous addition to the garden - We would highly recommend Cuckooland
Terrible service! I bought an outside sofa set last February for over £2000, it came quite badly damaged and I am still waiting for this to be sorted out! After endless emails and phone calls I am getting nowhere! Keep getting fobbed off! Stay away! They take your money then have no interest in customer service! Disgusting!
Have only just got round to writing this as had to leave a negative review on another company that could learn from these guys!!! Bought a mid sleeper bed for my son which was delivered on time by a courier company who moved all of it upstairs into my room. The bed was a Louis mid sleeper and we were happy with it up until the laminated wood effect steps broke. We contacted them to explain the situation and they said they would gladly send out replacement steps. However, due to pandemic, there were delays with shipments and things took a lot longer than expected. Across a period of months, Luanna - customer service rep - checked in every week to update me on the situation. She was very clear with what was happening and very apologetic. Eventually, after some time and the shipment being further delayed, Cuckooland offered to send out a brand new bed.
Absolutely love this site. I bought some retro phones recently and they look really cool. Great service and prompt delivery. Loads of really really cool stuff on the site too.
We purchased an Ooni Modular Pizza Oven table from Cuckooland as a Christmas present for our daughter and son-in-law and it was delivered promptly. Sadly when the package was opened by them at Christmas it was noticed that the stainless steel top was dented we can only assume it happened in transit. I promptly contacted the customer service department at Cuckooland as we were a little disappointed that it wasn't perfect for them. We had an immediate response from Leah on the customer service team who contacted the supplier and they arranged for a replacement top to be dispatched. The new worktop arrived perfect, we were so pleased. We can only say thank you to Cuckooland for their great customer service, especially Leah who kept in contact all the way to resolving the issue. We will definitely buy from them again!

Ordered a bed on the 19th October ready for my daughter's birthday on the 13th November. It was finally delivered on the 19th and 23rd of November. Instead of speaking to me and explaining that they had a stock problem with the mattress, they didn't get in touch and nothing was said. Had they contacted me I would have suggested that they could have sent me just the bed and we would make do with the current mattress until the other one arrived. As it turned out we were given incorrect delivery dates the never materialised resulting in her birthday present being delivered 6 and 10 days after her birthday.
Ordered Le Grand Garage for my grandson .. Luana kept me informed on delivery and it arrived in time for Christmas .. one part of the garage had a paint chip on .. I contacted Luana and this was dealt with quickly i have received the replacement part .. great service Thankyou … ps my 3 year old grandson loves his garage
There was a fault with the boots but the customer service team were brilliant and sorted out swiftly with a minimum of fuss. Would recommend based on great customer service.

Fantastic customer service. I ordered the Kids country house bed - it arrived when it said it would, the instructions are very easy as every part was numbered and excellent quality. I did have a couple of damaged parts - but these were replaced with complete ease! Luana was very helpful and kept me updated every step! Would 100% recommend.
I placed an order with Cuckooland and I could not have had a smoother online experience. The customer service team were very friendly and helpful when I called for an update. 10/10 recommend!
Had a £1000 delivery stolen from outside my property due to the carrier leaving it outside of a business address on a Saturday with no signature/proof of delivery (they've been told not to do this). Cuckooland have been completely unhelpful and refuse to make a claim with the carrier, spewing random technicalities to try and weasel their way out of it. Horrendous company

Customer service team was exceptional on fixing the matter. Great communication and contact throughout the redelivery. Would most certainly purchase again.
