Dec 21,2021The worst company ever. Stay away. I have ordered a side table and a mirror both came broken. It takes customer service few days to reply each time. The told me 3 times someone will collect and which never happen and they expected me to keep a massive box with their broken goods for a month in my house. I regret ever using their website. Shop somewhere else!

Dec 10,2021Ordered a toy set for my little one for Christmas and today received a phone call to let me know they had no stock to fulfil my order, this wasn’t a issue at all and Amy could not have been more helpful. She offered me two separate alternatives and swapped this over and confirmed within a couple of hours. Couldn’t have been more helpful and was incredibly polite on the phone. Will certainly be returning to do some more Christmas shopping!

Dec 09,2021I ordered a cot and it came but part was missing think this was due to the delivery drivers I contacted and they got a replacement sent out straight away with a good will gesture Leah was brilliant abc so helpful and replied to my emails straight away

Dec 09,2021We’ve had a truly shocking experience with Cuckooland. I ordered a bed for my daughter and originally received only 2 of the 4 necessary parts. It took them a week to find the remaining 2, but in the meantime I managed to ascertain that 1 of the boxes I had received was incorrect! The management’s solution was to accept delivery of “most of the bed”, whilst they located the last remaining part, which would have led to further delays. I have since asked for a refund, and am still waiting for it despite the customer service team telling me it is on the way, and the only correct part being collected on 22nd November. It’s now been a month since I placed my original order. I can’t believe how awful they have been.

Dec 06,2021We recently ordered a new bed for our son - excellent experience from start to finish. The bed was delivered on time . A small part was faulty - we reached out to the customer service and Luana helped us get a new part and kept us updated all the way. 5* service, we will definitely order again.

Dec 04,2021I ordered a wooden lamp from Cuckooland and when it arrived it was rife with woodworm. Product so full of holes its brittle. Sawdust everywhere. Asthma attack induced. Contacted customer services about replacement and they were very apologetic and said they would arrange collection immediately. And it’s been stuck in that loop ever since. They say they will arrange a collection day and ask when suits. I give a day and then hear nothing. The day passes, I ask what’s happening and they say they will arrange a collection day and then nothing again and again. It’s back to square one at every contact. Meanwhile I have a product sitting around my home with woodworm in it hoping they don’t spread. Not great. UPDATE Cuckooland have contacted me directly, apologised for the service to date and arranged for a collection and replaced the infested lamp. The new lamp fitting arrived today and I’m well pleased with it. Thank you

Nov 23,2021We have used Cuckooland for many years now and this is the go to place for us if we need something top quality and unique. From stylish changing tables to tower beds, toy storage to wellie boots, we buy pretty much everything we need from this website. Rarely does anything go wrong or items missing, but when they do, the customer service we’ve received have been helpful and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. Their choice of delivery companies have always been exceptional too, which really helps with the whole online shopping experience.

Nov 21,2021Purchased a Julian Bowden Maine Kingsize bed. Arrived in packaging that was not eco friendly (lots of polystyrene to dispose of) and the footboard was poorly manufactured and needed gluing together to enable the bed to stay together. Not sure if the bed will last long which is a shame as it looks really lovely. Update.. still waiting a partial refund. Which was eventually agreed. Not the swiftest to resolve matters. It’s a shame as I’ve ordered previously with amazing customer service.

Nov 13,2021I bought the Lifetime Kids Small Double Cabin Bed. The bed was very well made as I have expected, I also bought the shelving which my daughter loved it. Bought in November last year, was expecting to arrive before Christmas, however there were delays. The good quality of the bed was worth the wait.

Nov 04,2021This was my first experience of Cuckooland and they cannot be faulted! Item purchased was great and the customer service was exceptional. I had the need to contact them with a query on the delivery and they could not have been of more help, even getting in touch after delivery just to make sure everything was ok. Other online retailers could learn a lot from these guys!

The customer service provided was better than i've ever received, they were polite, efficient and followed up proactively in every instance - in fact Luana went above and beyond. Would highly recommend.

Oct 30,2021The Lifetime Camp Canyon Bed is perfect. A year after purchase, it continues to perform beyond expectation. Our daughter has created her own space beneath her bunk with storage for toys and costumes. She also camps down there from time to time. We’ve added strip lighting and it exists as its own zone within her bedroom. Purchasing the bed was hassle-free with Cuckooland with great follow-up service. We’ll almost certainly return to purchase our younger son’s ‘big boy bed’.

Oct 29,2021We purchased a lifetime bed, complete with slide and sprung mattress a year and a half ago. It took a while to build but this is because of the quality design and it's clearly built to last. The best thing about the bed is that it can change with our son as he grows and, as the name suggests, it's the right size to last him into adulthood. The bed can be altered to accommodate a trug bed or storage solutions, so as he gets too old for a slide this can be adapted to his needs. The customer service we received was fantastic.

Oct 28,2021We purchased "Lifetime Space Dream Kids Bed + Road Race Kids Bed" from Cuckooland. It's a very sturdy product and kids love it. We did a lot of research prior to purchasing this and haven't been disappointed. Strongly recommend it.

Dec 23,2021Terrible service. Ordered an Xmas present for same day despatch. Had to chase 3 times over 3 days each time was promised a call back and nothing. Item was never shipped! Said they were waiting on a response from warehouse who were very busy with bigger orders. Seeing as they are a small team this is shocking service. My child left without Xmas present even though I ordered so far in advance. Avoid this company
