Ordered a wardrobe from Cuckooland in January. still hasn't arrived (now 17 March 2021) no communication. complaint form impossible to use. I'll ask for my money back.Pathetic company. Update April 2021. wardrobe arrived flat packed. major pieces missing. the main inside vertical support for the shelves and 6 brackets - shelf supports I think. also there was a big chip out of the corner of one of the doors. People at cuckooland were easy to contact and have taken back the flat packed wardrobe which was lucky cos we kept the packaging. we haven't received our money back yet (£350) The wardrobe was relatively expensive so we expected a quality product but it turned out to be no better than Ikea or any other cheap flat packed furniture provider so still only one star.

Ordered a bed on 10.1., it said 4-6 weeks dispatch time. Contacted 2.5 weeks ago to be told the delivery left Poland 24.2. And was expected by the 5th in their warehouse. I followed up with them yesterday to be told the order will be added to the delivery from their overseas supplier later this week, meaning it was never on the shipment of 24.2. and they lied to me previously. Zero communication about the delays. It was originally anticipated to get the bed by the end of February, at this rate, it’ll take a miracle to still get it this month. I would stay far away from this company and will definitely not order from here again.
Cl-342538 COMPLAINT RESOLVED - We ordered a bed from this company on an advert where the bed was in stock and would be dispatched within 24-48 hours. This was 12th February we are still waiting for the bed to even be dispatched. Yet this company seems to have had no issue taking the money for the purchase the following working day 15th February! I keep speaking to customer service department to be told it will be dispatched tomorrow, but no guarantee if this! Whilst the initial delay mentioned previously was extremely frustrating we have now received the order and are very happy with the product and quality! We have since received contact from the customer service team and are happy with the apology and outcome. I do think you can not only judge a company on how their initial service is but also on how they respond to a complaint and can only say this company dealt with the issue well
Ordered the adventure bed and had an amazing delivery experience, drivers were very helpful. Bed was easy to put together, and our daughter loves it!
I recently odered an expensive item via the website that stated ‘delivery within two weeks’ (which would have been the beginning of February). Unfortunately, the next day I received an email saying that due to Brexit and Covid, the item wouldn’t be back in stock until ‘June/July.’ I was told I could wait until then, take a replacement or have a refund. The replacements offered were not suitable, so I requested a refund. I was then told that a refund could not be processed until they had received confirmation from their supplier that my order had been cancelled. I pointed out that as the lack of stock and communications with their supplier are not my issue, they should refund me straight away and deal with their supplier separately (as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015). This request was not taken on board and in the end I waited 10 working days before the refund was even sent to their accounts team to be processed. Their accounts lead time is then ‘7-10’ working days in which they ‘aim to process’ the refund, plus the usual time for the refund to clear. Due to their initial delays and slow internal processes, I eventually waited 20 working days for the refund to be in my bank account. This delay was described as ‘slight’ by the customer services team. I don’t mind when there are issues with orders, especially during difficult circumstances, what is hugely disappointing and stressful is when these are not dealt with fairly and quickly by businesses. Refunds on out of stock items should be processed immediately, not after a 10 working day delay! Only shop with this company if you are willing to gamble on their stock availability and be hundreds of pounds out of pocket while they wait nearly a month to refund you.
Excellent customer service - we ordered two items, knowing that one would be arriving later. As it turned out it arrived much sooner than we'd expected, and we had a query about the other item which was resolved really quickly and effectively by Shannon in the customer service team - it involved going away and checking some information, not just a pat response. Very good experience and would certainly use again.
I would have given 5 stars but the item took a few week to arrive due to Brexit delays. During this time I emailed several times and always received a quick response and I called once only to have the phone answered straight away! Great customer service.

We did a lot of research for the Pino Mid Sleeper with Slide and looked at many companies who offered similar. I am so pleased we opted for Cuckooland. The communication for delivery was great, I used the online chat which was fast, efficient, friendly and accurate. The bed itself is so amazing, easy to put together with 2 people! Very clear instructions. Its amazing and highly recommended.
Wow wow wow , well after being let down 2 times before with delivery with different company’s,with my little girl without no bed I found a bed from cuckoo land and asked if it was in stock and if it would definitely be quick delivery and yes it was, the bed come within 2 days, and we put it up everything was absolutely fine and it’s solid bed, thank you for great customer service and great delivery service 🚚
Can’t praise this company enough! The service was amazing from start to finish. Delivery was quick and the products are just amazing quality. One very happy customer and will definitely but using Cuckooland again.
Avoid. Stock updates are false. Mine was in stock on the website but ended up waiting weeks. Little updates. However, the customer service team and in particular Emily were great.
First time ordering with this company and service was appalling. Received faulty parts which took a week to resolve. There is no sense of urgency regardless of how frequently you chase customer service to stress the urgency. The response from customer service is always “we will get back to you” but yet you have to continuously follow up. Upon receipt of replacement part, their supplier knowingly sent a damaged replacement. Upon raising the issue again, no communication was received as to how it would be resolved. Only to then receive a text from courier company that another part would be delivered. On raising a complaint, the company do not accept any responsibility for their supplier’s service or conduct. I am over 8 months pregnant and unable to help assemble the bunk bed. Due to the national lockdown, we had to hire a handyman to assist and had booked them for the date that the replacement items would be sent. Given we could not cancel the booking without incurring further costs and needed a bed for our child, we completed assembly of the bed with the damaged panel. Although the damage could be deemed “cosmetic” (paintwork along one panel is damaged), you would not expect to receive damaged parts when paying GBP 370 for a bunk bed. Products should be brand new unless stated otherwise. It appears that this company deal with poor suppliers who sell substandard products. They act as an intermediary but have little interest in providing a good service for customers once a purchase is made. Customer service is also operated by a few employees and all very junior. As a “gesture of goodwill”, compensation of GBP 18.50 was offered for poor service and issues encountered. This was quite frankly insulting but we had no other option but to accept as we desperately needed a bed for our toddler. Would not recommend purchasing any products from this company.
Had an issue with my order (bought a GPO Boombox and the quality wasn't great - not Cuckoooland's fault as they simply act as the seller). The customer service agent (Luana) who dealt with my query was fantastic. Polite, helpful, attentive and efficient. Despite not being happy with the product I ordered, my experience with Cuckooland provides an example of what good customer service looks like. Therefore, even though I returned my item, I will definitely order from Cuckooland again. Other online retailers should take note; look after your customers and they really will shop with you again. It really is THAT simple.
If I could give Cuckooland more than 5 stars I would. Nothing is too much trouble for them and any issues I’ve had, I’ve spoken to a couple of wonderful ladies from the customer service team who have gone out of their way to ensure my experience was a good one. I have honestly never received such brilliant customer service from any other company in the past. I purchased a fire from Cuckooland which they sold on behalf of a third party which was faulty. Despite the fact the fault was not their fault, they issued me with a generous voucher for the inconvenience. I ordered 2 panel heaters using the voucher and prior to delivery, I had an email from UPS regarding a customs charge which required payment for before they could deliver it. As the parcel was coming from Ireland, and the Brexit rules are fairly new to all of us, neither me or the staff at Cuckooland were aware of this at the time of purchase. However, offering the faultless service that they do, they paid the customs charge for me - again, they did not have to do this, but they make it their priority to go above and beyond what is expected of them as a company. If there is something I wish to buy and Cuckooland sell it, their website will be the first I visit as I know I will be looked after and their customers actually matter to them. We have bought a number of pieces from Cuckooland over the last 2 years since renovating our home (some listed below). We absolutely love them all and they really fit with our industrial style through the house. The quality is always excellent with great communication from the contact team. I have one of their Giro shelving units in the gym which my clients always comment on. The recent Dutchbone furniture pieces we bought are fantastic quality for the price and arrived in such good time. I love the funky kids beds and only wish we had discovered this gem of a website 10 years ago. Arrived within one week of ordering (the website states to allow 2 weeks and also points out the risk of Covid delays) - frequent communication by text and email from the courier as to the date and exact time of delivery (bang on time). Very easy to assemble (if I can do it anyone can!) The desk itself is perfect for my home working needs - I wanted both standing and sitting options and the helpful memory buttons (4) means my daughter can also save her preferred height settings too. LOVE IT! It took us a bit longer to build than expected but it is up and we love it so much. Cuckooland were great and we received our Hypedome within 2 weeks. It has been a godsend – its like an extension of our house and doubles up as a quiet place for family members to work and a place where we will be able to entertain (when life returns to normal). Would absolutely recommend.
