I have been lied to consistently by this awful company. My sister is about to give birth, I ordered the nursing chair in November and was given a 3 week lead time - which is why I bought from this company ahead of the Christmas rush. There was a delay and I was told it would be shipped a few weeks later on 27th December. Not ideal as obviously this missed Christmas, heard nothing from them by way of update on 27th and I have just contacted them again (why am I having to chase them?!) and I'm told it won't be arriving until mid-Jan because of problems 'at the port'. What a shambles. My sister is due in a week, I am very stressed and disappointed by this terrible service. Avoid at all costs! Just received the reply below - I would understand if I hadn't placed my order on 23rd November...don't see how that has coincided with the ports closing on 20th December? It is also the fact you don't update your customers on what is happening, we are expected to constantly chase you which leaves a feeling of distrust.
Absolute shambles of a company. After delivering a damaged bed I accepted a partial refund and accepted the scratches on it only for my 8 year old daughter to sit on it and it snapped in the middle. They offered replacement part, I accepted again and a completely different part turned up. Absolutely useless company. I am due a trundle aswell that was ordered in October and no sign of this anywhere. AVOID!!!!
If I could give NO stars I would. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Ordered a table and bench on 07/12 a whole 2 days before the deadline for which they promised to arrive by Xmas. Waited 2 weeks and then started to chase them to see what was going on. Was told the table had been dispatched from the supplier but had not arrived in their warehouse yet so to be patient. It still hasn’t arrived so I requested to cancel. Then they said the table had arrived in the warehouse so would be checked in and dispatched soon. So I asked when. They said they’d look into it. I then got an email saying there were stock issues and that the table had not in fact arrived at their warehouse or even been ordered from the supplier! They offered to put our order on the next fulfilment to the supplier - like it’s actually still want to have them fulfil my order when they have repeatedly lied about the status of my order and only offered this dishonest information when chase for it. They had not even begun fulfilling my order, no one had contacted me to let me know of any issues and even when I started chasing them it took a week to get any answers. When I finally got answers it turned out theres no table on the way and they have ignored my requests to cancel and refund. It’s now Xmas eve, I’m over £1300 down with no refund in sight and we’ve no table to eat at for our lockdown Christmas as a family of 4 with young children. We’ll be eating Xmas lunch on the floor off our laps. So disappointed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS you can get lots of their items on other sites that won’t stuff you about like these guys.
Great company to deal with, the customer service team are fantastic. They have resolved the issues with my order very quickly and very professionally. Absolutely excellent experience.
Although we did have some issues with communication and our order being severely delayed, cuckooland apologised immediately and found a solution for us - going out of their way not to let us down. Such a personal response, rectifying a situation so quickly - really felt that they value their customers’ experience.
I ordered the Koble Juno smart desk from Cuckooland after reading a recommendation in the FT. I was informed delivery would be 2 weeks but it arrived within a few days. The packaging was fantastic and the desk was very easy to construct. The desk is awesome and has transformed my working from home experience - alternating standing up and sitting down throughout the day, which is so much better for my energy and concentration levels. Great product and excellent service.
We ordered a cabin bed and mattress from Nathalie who was exceedingly helpful and courteous. The quality bed was delivered on time and looks great in the room and we would highly recommend this company and use them again.
My son absolutely loves his new bed! It offeres a lot of space for displaying toys and books, we've separated the desk which is now placed in the corner which allows him to have a great den underneath. This item represents very good value for money. It took us a while to asemble due to large number of pieces but it was certainly worth time and effort. We've had an issue with bottom step and so I needed to made contact with the supplier - they've been fantastic! I've had spare step delivered to my door within 3 days, they honestly couldnt be any more helpful!....I'm really pleased with this purchase and would definitely recommend!
We received a cabin bed with a fault with one of the draws. From start to finish Cuckoo land customer services were superb. Informing us of the communication between them the distributor and time it would take for us to receive the new part. Would highly recommend this company.

We purchased a pair of sofas via a third party company through Cuckooland. Delivery was far quicker than most other companies and although there was a slight delay, we were very happy with the service provided. Special mention to Luana in Customer Services for her help.

This brand stood out as one of great design and quality. Cuckooland has a great eye for this obviously. Great service and communications. The bed was easy to make and was even fun to do. The best thing though - it made my girls laugh and squeal and they could not wait to try out and have slept well since!
Alice at Cuckooland has been brilliant. We had to return a sofa that we ordered and she arranged this with minimal effort on my behalf. She even got the company to waive the repacking fee. She's not only conscientious and competent but also personable. She's helped make a very frustrating period easier. She's a credit to her company. Thanks again Alice.
After looking on the Cuckooland website I decided to order the Parisot Sleep Day Bed with Storage for my 10 year old daughter's bedroom. I opted to telephone the company to place my order and was impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff I spoke to and the ordering process was quick and simple. We had email confirmation that the bed was due to be delivered quicker than we initially anticipated and we were away on holiday - however, rearranging a delivery date was also hassle free. The bed arrived well packaged. The instructions were easy to follow and the pieces fitted together securely and I am really pleased with the quality of the product. My daughter is delighted with her new bed - which makes any Dad happy! I would have no hesitation recommending Cuckooland or using them again in the future.
I ordered a garden furniture set at the beginning of the pandemic. Have used it daily throughout the summer. As well as looking so fab, the quality is fantastic, it still looks new. The ordering, delivery and customer service was excellent.

What a wonderful company - I ordered garden furniture during the busiest time, I kept changing the date we could receive it, which they accommodated -twice - when the guys turned up they were brilliant in negotiating a very awkward rear entrance and managed to avoid stepping on my very friendly puppies.. brilliant service - thank you

Jan 09,2021AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Delivery took 5 weeks instead of 2 promised on the website. We had to chase them constantly to finally get our marble table (the Panther courier were late and we had to stay home and wait for the delivery for longer) to only find out it has a massive crack all the way across! Therefore we had to wait for another week to get the replacement (this time the courier was 12 hours late! compared to originally booked slot). We had requested a compensation for all the delays and stress but never got one. Afterwards we had to battle for the collection of the damaged table, that in the end never happened and we had to pay for the disposal ourselves! and Cuckooland refused to cover the full cost! Please stay away from this company! After purchasing a table worth over £800 we had to chase the customer service constantly, had huge delays in delivery, received damaged table! and had it cluttering our flat for months! and ended up paying more money for the disposal of it as Cuckooland didn't have decency to collect it!
