Bought my boys a bus bunk bed it’s great we all love it wasnt to hard to put together either an arrived within 10days Definitely would buy from these again
Lovely team and delighted with my order - had a issue with a partial delivery so called and was sorted within a day. Will certainly return. Good old customer service when it’s so sorely lacking elsewhere.
This is one of the worst service ever I encountered in recent years. Initially we purchased a bunk bed which was supposed to deliver in a month's time. It was a long wait but we thought worth it as our little one liked the model.We have set up the room and decorated it inline with the bed. As it's a month long wait, we called in between to check the progress and it seems all ok. Once the date is passed, they came back and said that there is NO STOCK and we have to wait for 4 more months!! We have to tell our little one and he is really upset. After couple of days later they again came back and said the bed is on it's way. I thanked them and to my worst surprise they told that the mail is intended for a different customer!!! Shame on the service and not at all honest in dealing with customers. Their response is very late. Never buy from Cukooland. I will tell my friends the same.
We were very impressed with the rocking chair we bought and as equally impressed with the communication we received, keeping us up to date with delivery details. Very friendly and efficient staff. The marble top tables l ordered had minor imperfections on 2 of the table sections. Alice acted professionally and speedily to rectify this and l received replacements immediately. Wonderful customer service and great range of products.
I bought a Super King size Vox Nature Bed which has turned out to be excellent. I was wary of buying when I hadn't seen the product and researched it as thoroughly as possible, including emailing Cuckooland to check whether two 90 x 200 cm mattresses would fit side by side in the frame (far less weight to lift when changing bedlinen or turning the mattresses). All my queries were answered patiently and politely. The couriers who delivered the bed were efficient and quick. The bed was straightforward to assemble, with clear instructions. Everything fitted together perfectly. The two mattresses slotted in snugly just as Cuckooland had said they would. The oak bed frame is constructed from nicely finished, solid and attractive wood and the design is stylish. We also ordered a matching under-bed box which provides good storage space. Overall, very pleased with a great quality product and friendly service and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend both the Vox Nature bed and Cuckooland.
Cuckooland is a brilliant company, that has some really cool, unusual funky furniture. We ordered a beautiful occasional chair and couldn’t be happier with it. We had a slight issue with a couple of side tables not arriving however the team, especially Sam, dealt with the problem immediately and organised two replacements. Couldn’t recommend this company more. 😊
I placed my order for some retro side tables on the 6th July, order page said dispatched in 5-10 working days. I got a quirky confirmation email and thought all was fine. This company’s delivery/dispatch system is long winded and in my opinion deliberately misleading. There was absolutely no communication or updates during waiting for this order unless I contacted them first. I sent 5 emails and made 3 phone calls. Although customer services were polite nobody would commit to giving me a delivery date which was extremely frustrating as I wanted the tables for my house warming party. The sad thing about this is cuckooland think this is ok. One of my reply emails said it was clear how long the delivery takes. It’s not !! I cancelled my order half way through week 4 ..a full 18 working days later ! I got so fed up. 25 minutes after cancelling my order I received an email saying DPD would deliver the next day. I’m assuming someone thought this was amusing. If that was indeed the case why did did nobody pick up the phone and say ‘ I’m really sorry you’re tables are ready to go? ‘ Absolutely nothing...just an email the next day saying your refund has been processed. Cuckooland need to be more honest and upfront and make it clear how long a delivery takes ( this has nothing to do with covid looking at previous reviews). Let the customer decide if they want to wait. I’m sure there products are lovely but I’m not planning to find out. I do not recommend.
I’m so happy with my new outdoor rug !! Stunning vibrant colours to brighten up my decking area and I love the fact that it is made of recycled materials. Delivery was super speedy. Top marks for the product and customer service
I purchased an industrial style trolley which I was really pleased with but which unfortunately arrived with a couple of damaged shelves. Emma, the Sales Co-ordinator, dealt with the problem promptly and was efficient and friendly and I quickly received a replacement unit. I can't fault their customer service and would certainly buy from them again.
Made a mistake when making my order. Shannon helped me so quickly and was an absolute pleasure. Would not hesitate to purchase from them again. Truly excellent 👍

I ordered a dining table and chairs from third party through Cuckooland and when there were problems with the delivery, the customer service was excellent. Cuckooland organised delivery and took responsibility for fixing the problems.
I have contacted this company on NUMEROUS occasions since they sent the incorrect item. I have been promised each time they will arrange for collection and replacement and will call me back and without fail I never hear anything. I have expressed I am now irate with the whole thing and am shocked and disappointed at the non existent customer care. I very rarely write reviews but on this occasion I felt the need to share my concern. It has now been 10 days since I first contacted them to notify them of the mistake and the inconvenience it continues to cause. EDIT: Ironic that the company contact you the very next morning (twice) after a bad review? I was questioned about my 1 star review and then accused of giving an incorrect telephone number yet they called me?! Was told twice by the rude lady that I had despite me telling her I hadn’t! Checked my account and telephone details are all correct. They sent out the incorrect item yet they have tried to turn the situation back on myself. Was expecting an apology but nothing of the sort! More concerned by their bad review than their incompetence. EDIT: I am horrified to be accused as being abusive and aggressive? You contacting me this morning and showing frustration at my review was using aggressive tactics. This is unbelievably false and disturbing. I never once used any foul language and simply expressed frustration in a calm and dignified manner. This company is clearly passive aggressive and I have seen the same response to other customers who have sent bad reviews. They simply accuse the customer of being aggressive?? To clarify the incorrect email address was dealt with on the first point of contact, I was assured it was changed and communication will be sent to the correct address.. nothing followed over the coming weeks. You failed to mention that the telephone number I gave you was in fact correct? You called me and the details are correct on the account. This is the first time a picture of the incorrect colour bean bag has been requested and this has been sent over as requested for the first time. A business that is unable to take responsibility for their errors and learn from them is disappointing in a competitive market.
We bought the Maze Rattan corner dining set and we were incredibly impressed with the service. Delivery was painless, comms were great and we were updated regularly with the progress of our order and the set was £700 cheaper than Next and other online stores. I'd highly recommend Cuckooland and will definitely use them again.
I bought the SetUp Gaming Desk from Cuckooland, I was contacted by Cuckooland before delivery with a delivery date and option to amend if this date wasn’t suitable. The desk arrived on day, delivered on doorstep due to current government guidelines. I built the desk myself, instructions were easy to follow and very happy with desk. The desk is sturdy and good value for money, compared to other desks I had viewed online. The desk will hold three 27 inch monitors. The desk height is also good for myself and the height of monitors is also good, being just over 6ft tall. I didn't need to contact Cuckooland but very happy with the whole experience.
Purchased a TiiPii from Cuckooland. Love my TiiPii.i wondered how easy this was going to be to put together as I had read a review where someone struggled. I found it easy to assemble, I'm a middle aged lady and I set this upon my own, complete with stand in just over 30 minutes! After placing my order for this product I was delighted to receive it in under 36 hours!! And that included a bank holiday. Very Impressed as I didn't expect it to arrive so quickly

Oct 23,2020It physically pains me to even give a 1 star review to this company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered a nursery set from Cuckooland in JULY, assuming I would be all settled before the baby comes. Biggest mistake ever. For the past 2 months I have had to constantly chase their customer service to help me locate my order, Nobody has ever followed up with me when they said they would. Nobody offers us an explanation. Every deadline they’ve communicated has been blown. It is October 22nd and only today - finally! - a delivery is made. However with this company, I should have known better. I am not 8 months pregnant and have the joy to realise there are 2 pallets missing and we can not build any of our furniture. I wish this upon nobody, trying to work with this company has been the biggest nightmare.
