Very pleasant experience with their staff, even the emails were personal and individual (which is very rare these days). Quality of the product is fantastic! More than what I had hoped for and my daughter loves it. Easy enough to assemble, although I probably got one of the more difficult bed frames. However I feel you really NEED to create your own delivery service, the firm you use are shocking. Messed up original delivery date so waited a week longer than expected. No PPE (not even gloves used) and they brought product in my home without asking (I had to tell them to leave outside). No proper brand awareness or uniform, just hugely unprofessional in this climate. That’s why they lost a star, although if I was marking the service (1 star).

Purchased a £400 jungle gym and supposedly 5-7 working days. After 6 times of chasing delivery asking them to call me back with update never call me back they decide to tell me it’s out of stock 5 weeks later. Apparently they sold it at cost price so would have to refund me as mistake on website. Shocking customer service if you are asked to call a customer back you should call them back not let customer keep chasing you week after week!!!!

I don't often leave reviews however after having numerous conversations with the lovely customer service team, I felt I had to. Not only were the customer service team overly proactive in engaging with me on a regular basis about the status of our order in the uncertain times, they did so in such a friendly manner and clearly take pride in what they do, making sure we were happy and understood the reason for the unavoidable delays. I dealt with two ladies called Mya and Luana who were both brilliant. Thanks for the great customer service!

We recently bought a kitchen table from Cuckooland. It was by far the best price around at the time. When it arrived it was unfortunately damaged. We telephoned Cuckooland customer services the same day and were answered by a very helpful lady immediately. She directed us to send an email and pictures to them. Within an hour of us sending that email they had made arrangements to pick up the damaged one and ship and new one. All this happened and the new one delivered within 4 days. Even though shipping a damaged item wasn't ideal, the Cuckooland customer service in fixing it was excellent!

I purchased a weathervane from cuckooland the quality of the steel and the Finnish is far superior to any other weathervane of the same subject or similar you would find in garden centeres or hardware stores without paying exorbitant prices for it

We had a small issue with a mattress. I was very impressed with the speed and efficiency in handling my problem, so refreshing to deal with a company that is as good with customer service issues as sales. You can buy from this company and know they will look after you. Five star treatment, five star company ....thank you

Would definatley recommend Nathalie as i was a very nervous customer with buying furniture online and having to measure up as im not very good at this. Nathalie was on hand with video calls and did everything she could to make my shopping experience a enjoyable and stress free one. Nothing was too much trouble and when the bunk beds arrived for my nephews i could not of been happier. Amazing quality and the delivery drivers were lovely who put the beds up and again went the extra mile helping me put up light shades. This company are a real pleasure to deal with and clearly enjoy the jobs they do. Look forward to buying more furniture in the future from you.

I would like to thank the Cuckooland team for their excellent customer care and communications. A very personable and enthusiastic team lead by Natalie, who has been great and also provided me with an excellent deal. I was surprised to receive my items this morning after ordering only yesterday. I can’t be more pleased with using cuckooland!

The bad experience ever with a company which i thought is good. Maybe is just my experience but the miscommunication between the staff and the way how they was whispering at the other end of the phone that is miss ....... again, not very Professional, waiting to be called back and never called unless you will call. My items supposed to be delivered 2 weeks before they arrived, the company they are working with for delivery it’s a mess. Some of my item was damaged and even now i’m waiting for a reply at email which i send it for nearly for a week. The quality of the furniture is very good, i love it but they have to work out at so many things to be able to have a good service on total.
