Sep 27,2019I do not have the habit of leaving reviews when ordering online as I hardly ever do it but because I am in desperate need for some bedroom furniture for my daughter I called Cuckooland today as their website is quite attractive. So I was helped by a girl called Shannon and she is the reason I am here, I have never experienced in my life a customer service like the one she provided me today, her patience, kindness and politeness were just incredible, I was quite demanding and I wasn’t really sure about what to buy and she was there patiently helping me with everything possible since the start until the very end, this girl’s customer service was outstanding, you could not have a better person working for you. After we finished she sent me an email with best wishes with my order!!! Nowadays I find it very rare to come across with people that deliver this level of service!!! Well done Shannon and thank you so much for all your help and patience 😊

Sep 11,2019I was a little apprehensive at first as I had never heard of this company but what a great service they provide! I had a little issue (through no fault of Cuckooland themselves) but they went above and beyond to resolve it for me. Shannon Hunter, the customer service representative, was a complete star and handled the issue so quickly and effectively, keeping me updated throughout. I shall be recommending this company from now on thanks to that lovely lady!

There was a little bit of confusion about the shipping price as I wanted to ship to the USA and Beth was incredibly helpful, even doing her own research for me to ensure I understood exactly what would be the best for my family. We ended up not buying the crib for unrelated reasons but I cannot praise this company enough for their response. Fantastic, thankyou so much.

Aug 29,2019I ordered a bed and was stated that it will be delivered on 22nd August, I took off that day and they didn't come. I called and email them to understand the problem and they said that it was attempted to deliver and nobody was at home where I stayed all day at home just for this. Rearranged for 28th August,again, nobody came, no item received. Seems it is waste of time dealing with this company. In reply to Cuckooland: I usually try to support small businesses rather than big ones. I'm curious what would be 3rd reason? I paid on 7th August and till now I didn't get the item because of invented reasons, no calls, no notes of missing delivery, only lie. Finally, tomorrow, my son will get the long awaited and wanted bed for a cheaper price, but from other store.

Aug 24,2019Initially I was not going to leave a very positive review, but after speaking to the fantastic staff (Sam, Shannon & Cat) who explained the delay (out of their control) and were so very professional and pleasant to deal with I decided to change my view completely. The bed I ordered had a 3 week lead time with 5-7 days delivery after that. It was longer and it is the wording on the website that was a little misleading however my situation was dealt with in a very professional manner and the bed arrived (which is of wonderful quality and needless to say worth the wait in the end).

Aug 15,2019Very poor service if you’re based outside uk mainland ..waited 3 weeks then called for update to be told the manufacturer doesn’t deliver to n Ireland... we paid £195.00 for delivery... no one contacted us to let us know... if I hadn’t called we’d still be waiting.... the girl I spoke to said it was there fault & the order should never have been processed....so nearly a month later we’re hopefully getting our deposit back... very disappointed....
