So my insurance plan has just started. To sign up and pay for what you want was painless. Hopefully I will never have to actually use them, i.e my bike was stolen! But if the worst happens I trust they will sort it out for me.

This is the 3rd time I have taken cover with this company and it seems fully comprehensive and the staff are helpful and supportive. There hasnt been a claim yet, touch wood against that but the policy leaves one feeling confident one is covered to tackle any given situation in relation to onez person and ones bike.
