I tried, twice, to buy this online with my phone, only to have 'payment denied' message come up after i typed in my card number. I then tried to call you, but having waited got nobody to speak to. This was my last attempt using a laptop.

Beware!! The claims process is laughable- asked to strip ur own bike (& call handlers can’t explain what they mean by ‘strip’), they have ONE appproved repairer who can not keep up with workload , u have to keep on top of them to get process moving.
