I am still waiting for my e voucher. I started my application on the 30/3/2020. I realise there is a Pandemic at the moment and could expect some delay. I have tried chasing the progress of may application., after a little over two weeks. I have lost the opportunity to purchase the cycle I had chosen. Cycle Surgery were not particularly helpful, saying they wouldn't do anything/go ahead with my order until I presented the E voucher. The sun shine has now gone and i have lost the opportunity to cycle in the recent period of fine weather As they say, Timing is everything.. Sorry can only give 1 star - in regard to making the initial application.

Even though it was during a pandemic ... from application to cycle scheme to getting my bike it took only 2 weeks. I am so happy with my decision to do this. Now I cycle to and from work as well as going out on different cycle routes. I have lost weight and feel so much better and healthier and fitter. Every time I go on a long cycle ride I come home so energised and I feel like I could literally live on the bycicle. Thank you for making it possible.

Excellent is all I can say. Purchased trek through my employer and Cyclescheme to assist me in getting back into cycling for exercise and leisure mostly . Particularly in the current situation of Covid-19 restrictions. The whole process was seamless and really quick from ordering and then picking up. It is best to get a quote for the bike you want plus any accessories so that you can present this figure to Cyclescheme during application. Retailer I used in Edinburgh (Criterium Cycles) was first class and was able to see the different stages of the Cyclescheme application status. Completely flawless for me and would absolutely recommend. Oh, and you save a bit money too by taking Cyclescheme over a longer term.

I received my voucher very quickly but will have to keep using my first cycle to work bike for a bit longer as the shops are all shut due to the pandemic. First bike has done 28000 miles most of which was commuting so I can wait a bit longer...

Fantastic service. Purchased my beautiful GT AGGRESSOR EXPERT MTB 2020 with Cyclesheme through one of my local retailers. Very easy to set up and allowed me to get a really nice bike for work. I just wish I'd asked for more......next time 😁

Love the range of retailers supporting the scheme. Very easy to setup. Most steps were immediate. A few days delay after employer's money transferred to actually get the voucher.

Generally a great experience. Reason for 4 not 5 stars is due to the time it took from submission to receiving notification the purchase could go ahead (which involves more than one-party I assume). This could & should be shorter. In the c.3 weeks to receive it, the price of my items had changed. Had an indication of time been presented, could have at least planned for this.

Generally speaking a really positive experience and I am so glad the maximum £££ available under the scheme has been increased. It's worth highlighting to potential users that obtaining a bike under the scheme is dependent on the collaboration between scheme provider, employer, and bike shop, and poor service from any one of those will impact on the others. For me, chasing my employer for payment was the only issue as it led to delays in receiving the Certificate which the bike shop didn't appreciate. While not their ultimate responsibility, if Cyclescheme are able to highlight to users the importance of requesting the Certificate early then this would certainly help manage expectations so users aren't disappointed that they're not out on the road as soon as they would have otherwise anticipated. Lastly, a Service Agreement between Cyclescheme and bike shops regarding the 6 week bike maintenance service would be great. I was delighted to see that users were entitled to a free service, but then disappointed to find that my bike shop just pumped up the tyres and somehow de-calibrated my gears! It was clear on the day that I wasn't getting the service that I would have received if I was paying for it. Again, not directly Cyclescheme's issue, but by having a Service Agreement in place, such issues could be mitigated. Happy riding everyone :)

Cycle scheme was great from start to finish, it only took two weeks to get the voucher then bike was ordered that day and arrived from wiggle the next day, FANTASTIC 👍

The system works. Obviously it's nice that you can pay for the bike in instalments (especially with an electric bike) but the big thing is the reduction in cost. I would highly recommend buying a bicycle this way.
