Feb 19,2025Super frustrating the delivery guys wouldn't carry my sofa boxes up the stairs, and insisted they were only allowed to drop them on the bottom floor. This wasn't clear on the website, and given other reviews on here I assumed they would (like most furniture companies) drop the item to the correct room. Not to mention they turned up an hour and half after the allotted delivery slot, and the tracking doesn't work. I called Daals directly twice in the morning and they couldn't give me an accurate time frame either, just that the delivery would be 'late'. Frustrating as I wanted to order more items to go in my bedroom, but given the delivery issues I will look elsewhere.

We ordered our 4 dining chairs with next day delivery, and within an hour received a call verifying our order and delivery, and then the delivery company kept in touch letting us know exactly when they’d arrive. Perfect. The chairs themselves are a dream. Pre assembled, packed perfectly and absolutely stunning. We couldn’t be more thrilled with our experience with Daals and definitely recommend them to everyone. Business as it should be fine!

Feb 19,2025I ordered a drawer and mirror set and on unpacking the mirror was cracked. Contacted Daals and it was replaced quickly. Really happy with what I bought, it’s good quality, easy to assemble and matches well. Wil, probably order one in white for another room

Feb 19,2025I ordered the Moriko 3 Door TV Unit for my living room. It arrived promptly, but one of the front doors was damaged and the wood grain across the 3 front doors was not continuous... all marketing images of the furniture show a continuous wood grain across all 3 doors. After an exchange with customer care, I was sent 3 replacement doors. Not damaged this time, but the wood grain still unmatching, making it look like I have 3 odd doors on my furniture - far from satisfactory. Customer service tell me that there's "nothing's wrong with the wood grains or curves match" and that they're not prepared to do anything. So I am left with mismatching doors on my furniture

Feb 19,2025For some reason they couldn’t order to Kinross, so had to order to my family in Alloa… which is 20 minutes away. Then book a van instead. They really need to look into where they can deliver to. Couch is really lovely though. But delivery caused lots of stress.
