Ordered a chest of drawers. Delivery was great, guys very helpful. Chest of drawers is awful and completely misaligned. Have complained to customer services but they claim nothing wrong. They have even removed the review I left on their website so as to leave only positive reviews. Quality of product is way less than Ikea and considerably more expensive.
Delivery on time and Ron was very helpful. Settee was exactly as expected and in perfect condition as it was very well packed.

I would Rate 0 stars if i could. Ordered some furnature online and it was described as white, examined photos and it all looked good. once delivered the item had printed scratch marks on it which looked cheap and nasty. Asked to return at which point i was told it is my responsibility to return... which ive never experienced with any company before, but i accepted this. Problem is most couriers have a 20-30kg limit to parcels, so with my order the chest of draws was 40kgs and total consignment was over 60kgs... So its a case of take a day off work to return this or pay a man and van pretty much the value of the order to return it. NEVER EVER AGAIN

I bought a rug from Daals for my living room, thinking it would be a solid investment and support a smaller business. Big mistake. It sheds constantly. Every time I vacuum, I’m pulling out a full canister of wool. It’s so bad I have to vacuum every other day just to keep it manageable. The shedding isn’t just confined to the rug—it’s everywhere. In my food, my bed, my ventilation system, even in my dog’s food. It’s wreaking havoc on my household, and my family member’s asthma has gotten worse because of it. I’ve had to replace filters in my vacuum, air purifier, and ventilation system. All of this because of a rug. But the real kicker is the customer service. They didn’t care about my issue at all. I sent them a video showing the ridiculous shedding, and after weeks of dealing with them, they just said the rug wasn’t faulty and wouldn’t help me. One rep offered me a vague 15%, but never explained what it was for. Complete waste of time and money. Oh, forgot to mention - they suggested I send it back and pay for delivery. WHAT? I threw the rug away, but now I’m out a lot of money and still need to buy a new rug. Plus, I’ve spent money fixing my gadgets and dealing with health issues. Stay away from Daals. They don’t care about their customers, and their product is a disaster.

Feb 18,2025I ordered a dining table and chairs set from Daals for over £1,000, mainly because of their advertised fast delivery. The items arrived on time, but the delivery drivers refused to bring them up to my 6th-floor flat due to "insurance reasons," leaving everything in the lobby. I had to struggle to bring them up myself—something I wasn’t made aware of when placing the order. To make matters worse, one of the chairs was completely snapped in half on both sides when I opened the package. I called Daals immediately, expecting a quick replacement since I had an event to host, but I was told that wouldn’t be possible. Now, two weeks later, after having to postpone my event, I still don’t have a complete furniture set. Instead of resolving the issue, Daals keeps telling me they offer “solutions-based resolutions”—which clearly doesn’t include actually solving my problem. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I wouldn’t recommend Daals to anyone based on their poor customer service, lack of accountability, and refusal to offer a proper resolution.
