Feb 20,2025Great delivery experience! Quicker than expected. Provided a text the day before arrival and gave an allotted time slot making it easier to accept the delivery. They also rang ten minutes before the delivery to notify me beforehand which I found helpful as I could prepare. Overall a great company and would recommend to anyone.

Feb 20,2025The coffee table is just what we were after but it was a different colour than was advertised, the untreated inside is the colour the outside looked in the video but it was slightly orange in reality. Not too much of a problem I just sanded the lid a little and it goes in the room now.

Feb 20,2025Daal won’t agree a convenient day for delivery in advance. They take your order then tell you when it’s coming. You either take that offer or you can turn it down and hope for the best in terms of the next ‘offer’ being more convenient. That said, the driver Ron was amazing. I think he saw my emails in which I was struggling to be home for the delivery and he texted me the night before to tighten up the times for me. And he was right on time. I’m very grateful. Virgilio in the customer service team was also as helpful as possible around what seems to be a difficult company policy.

Feb 20,2025Order two island bar stools in velvet. The chairs are very light and hollow so make a dreadful sound when pulling out to sit on. The height was too short ( our error) Trying to return is difficult and all at your expense. Due to my partner assembling them, to return they need to be packed up again in the original packaging and they still have the right to refuse a refund if they feel they cannot resale. Also you need to pay for that delivery back to them. Expensive lesson leant.

This is the third time I have ordered from Daals even though I have had some issues with a order (missing parts etc) I would still give them a 5 star rating because of the way they resolve any issues. The quality of their product is luxury for a reasonable price. I have just brought a new built property and I will be using Daals to furnish most of my house, fast delivery, polite helpful driver, amazing customer service, quality product just as described all for a decent price.
