Feb 19,2025Despite paying a delivery fee, the guys didn't manage to deliver the sofa to our flat. The excuse given was that they are not allowed to lift sofas on the stairs. We managed to take the packaging out and fit the sofa itself in the lift, which they could have done easily. We want our delivery fee back. We paid £85 and they just left it for us to sort out. My wife and my sixteen year old son had to sort it out. You cannot do this to a family.

Feb 19,2025Shocking customer service. Was going back and forth to try not refund and arrange collection of a faulty product even with Images provided. When asked for a refund they kept asking for different info and images 4 times! Would never use or recommend again. Poor quality dining table too.
