On delivery day , Fiz and Jay deliver with care and very polite. Customer service is excellent too , keep remind me the delivery date and details . Will definitely consider daals in future purchase of furniture !

Feb 18,2025After being let down by an online competitor for our love seat, we saw Daals had good reviews and thought we would give it a go. Being heavily pregnant, time is of the essence as I really needed this chair for our living room before the baby arrived! From ordering the love seat last week, I was given a delivery date 1.5 weeks ahead of the original estimated delivery date. I was kept updated about the time slot and the delivery company called me when they were around 10 minutes away which was great. Communication has been excellent and for the price the quality is great! I would recommend Daals to anyone, especially if you are needing something quick.

Feb 18,2025If you value your money do not order from here. We spent £1800 on a sofa that has quite frankly lasted 3 weeks. The sofa cushions have flattened so quickly that you can feel the springs in the base of the sofa. We were told this is due to them “not being plumped”. They get plumped every day and it’s very annoying and each time you re sit on it they are flat and this was in 3 weeks! A sofa should last years. Ontop of that they are hiding these reviews on their website. Was offered £100 refund on a total spend of something that was £1800 and didn’t even last a month before being uncountable to sit on.

Feb 18,2025It was a mixed experience. The wardrobe looks great at a price. I changed the handles and happy with the look and storage space. I like the combination of hanging, shelved and drawer space (that would be 5 star) However, during construction, all going well until I had to put the top on. At this stage, it was very difficult to get all the wooden dowels etc to line up then the wooden dowels went right through the particleboard construction and created several holes. I’m keeping the wardrobe only because the holes are hidden and there’s no way I’m deconstructing and constructing another flat-packed wardrobe!
