It was a really smooth delivery. Cannot wait to get my new units in my new house really really really happy with daales It has been incredible service from purchase to delivery.

Feb 18,2025Appalling customer service and delivery service. Just appalling. The delivery and after sales service is set to rip its customers off of their poor quality furniture. Such a despicable company robbing people of their hard-earned money. - I ordered a sofa on Sunday and I thought it would be delivered within 5-10 working days as per the website But on Tuesday at 11.18 am I had received a text saying they are delivering on Wednesday and if I'm not available to let them know before 1.10 pm on the same day. -That gave me less than 2 hours to respond. I was in the office and I didn't see the msg till late. I immediately called them and again on Wednesday morning at 9.23 am to tell them I am not available throughout the day and to give me a 30-minute heads up before coming. -Then around 11.20 am driver calls and said he's 5 minutes away from my house. I stopped everything I was doing and paid for a uber, applied for a halfday and ran home to see the delivery person has left. - I called the company to inform about the unsuccessful delivery they were nothing but rude and unprofessional. I hated the whole experience and I wanted my money back. - In the site it says £30 pounds for missed delivery but they had the audacity to deduct £60 from my payment. I mean who gave them authority to take money from people like this. Its just daylight robbery. This company follows No ethics. No professionalism. Just bad business and tries to deceive its customers. It says a lot about their furniture and how they are sourced.

Feb 18,2025Excellent delivery from happy Niven and cheery Martin. Both very helpful. Bit worried about Moss Green label on box but it turned out to be the Olive sofa I had ordered. Easy to put together. Not velvet but something soft.

Feb 18,2025Great people, app does a fantastic job, you can see exactly when stuff is going to arrive. Had to prompt to ensure all pieces were delivered as order/delivery details didn’t include that information so had to trust the amount of boxes was everything!

Feb 18,2025I ordered my bed on 31 Jan. Got a phone call couple days later saying going to deliver on the week but I ask for delivery on week starting 10 Feb. Daals say arranged but didn't received. I chase up almost every day. They keep saying pass on to delivery team and will call me to arrange. But nothing happens. Useless. They have stock but not delivering as there is no other delivery nearby. It has exceeded the time frame promised on website and still not taking priority. I am still waiting this week but no phone call from Daals as on 17 Feb.
