Feb 17,2025I am so happy with this product. It looks amazing and was very easy to assemble. This was the first time I assembled furniture on my own. It was all clearly lacked. Daals were also great they kept in touch the whole time re delivery. Overall I couldn’t be happier.

Feb 17,2025Two sections arrived damaged, boxes damp and dirty. I’m sure once the item is replaced the sofa itself will be great, Daals is terrible. I would never buy again. They promised on the 13th January - 10 days to resolve (in writing), it is now the 16th February! We have part of the sofa missing and a huge box filling our living space. Called yesterday, lady was shocked, had nothing to say, they don’t compensate issues and only offer internal logistics which means they don’t have great delivery coverage so unless you a city location don’t do it! They don’t care at all! I’ve now had to log a charge back with my credit card provider and all I want is our sofa complete.

Feb 16,2025Purchased a couple of sideboards from these guys, delivery was exactly as promised, with the driver also giving me a call half hour before arrival to confirm, he dropped them at the door and took his pics, lovely guy incedently. Quality furniture and easy assembly, unfortunately I found a stress fracture on the last door I was about to fit, I explained to customer service and sent pictures of damage, packaging and batch numbers, and in fairness I received a replacement door within a few days to get it sorted. Great all round service and furniture, and will definitely be using again in the future.

Feb 16,2025The design of the Ernest Writing Bureau is brilliant. I did a slight modification to the back feet to get it to fit perfectly into an alcove. Delivery was good too, but no option of delivery day was provided. They do ring a couple of houds ahead of delivery BUILD QUALITY IS NOT GOOD. Several holes did not line up, nor did the panel grooves for the rear panel; upper front closure panel was therefore wonky and has a gap at top left. A rubber mallet, drill and swear jar were required on a number of occasions. Base panel was significantly bowed, this did pull in when the feet frame was attached. Be very very very careful turning the camlocks, best to use a screw driver made out of Edam to avoid damge to the panels. I think the camlock holes are not quite in the right place in the paneks for the length of the posts. Overall I am dissapointed. Unable to share photogaphs on this.

Feb 16,2025I’ve never been more appalled by an experience with a furniture provider and their customer service. They claim to have attempted to deliver a chest of drawers to our house when there were 3 people at home and nobody heard them. They did not call any of us to notify us they were there. They are now charging us a £30 failed delivery fee and withholding the product from us until we pay it and saying they will deduct this amount from us if we request a refund. They are literally robbing our money and currently have over £300 of ours without providing any product. We were never informed of this failed delivery fee nor have we ever seen another supplier charge such a fee. But most of all the failed delivery is their fault and not ours as we were at the property and waiting for it! Their customer service was just appalling and so rude and aggressive in insisting on this extortionate fee which they have no right to charge us. I will never shop here again.

The instructions to assemble were explicit and easy to understand and follow although it took considerably longer than the suggested 30 minutes. Overall very satisfied and would use again.

Feb 16,2025Absolutely Awful Customer Service – Avoid Daals! My experience with Daals has been nothing short of a nightmare. I purchased two sofa benches, only to receive items that were completely different in color from what was advertised. Despite providing clear photographic evidence, Daals refused to acknowledge the issue and placed the entire burden of return on me. Their returns process is a joke—they refused to arrange collection, leaving me to figure out how to return two large sofas at my own cost. After weeks of back-and-forth emails, providing every image and detail they requested, they still made no effort to resolve the issue. The process was unnecessarily difficult, with dismissive responses and zero accountability. This company does not care about its customers and hides behind policies instead of providing real solutions. If you want quality products and decent service, avoid Daals at all costs! Rating: 0/5
