I will never get another order from them. They claim to be better than StitchFix. I didn’t get anything that fit my style. Their prices are astronomical!! Give them a budget and they send things ridiculously expensive and I couldn’t put a Barbie Doll in. I’m truly disappointed
I have been trying to cancel my subscription with this company for 3 months and they keep sending me boxes and charging me a styling fee. I would have to email them to cancel, but they said I had to return the box before they can cancel your subscription. So I would return the box and then, the following month, I would get another box- it's like they don't recognize the last email conversation! After another email, they would refund the styling fee and assure me that they would cancel my subscription- pure frustration and waste of my time. But recently, another box landed by my doorstep! I didn't want to open or have anything to do wit it, so I requested a return label via email. After several chats with bots and emails to get a label, customer service said to just open the box to get the return label. So I opened the box, noticed there were items missing and called them to let them know. After they received the box, they said I didn't return a sweater (that wasn't in the box) and charged me $84! After sending another frustrated email, they refunded my money promptly and (hopefully) canceled my subscription. I pray this DL nightmare is over. Why did I want to cancel my subscription? 1. I asked for petite, body conscious styles for work and going out - they don't have access to petite clothing but then why would they send baggy shirts and big pants? 2. My stylist ignores my preferences, she sends what she wants and clothes I could find at Target for a fraction of the price 3. The styling fee is a joke - nobody is styling me, but occasionally I find something cute that fits me but it's usually one item in a box of 12 overpriced items. There have been times I didn't like anything in the box but you can only delete 3 items ahead of time - so you still have to get the box and return it with clothes you didn't want in the first place. 4. Lesson learned: I will go shopping for my own clothes, have more fun and will no doubt pay a lot less for better quality clothes.
Great stylists who really get to know you, and learn what you like. They also recommend things you might not think of. The clothes are very good quality, priced well. Highly recommend this service.
I told my styler(?) what I like and don’t like and she has each package filled with clothes I love.
Whenever I have an issue that requires customer service (like I didn't preview my box in time), they have been very helpful! They have great stylists, too!
Worst experience. First the selected items for me did not match what I requested at all. But that’s nothing compared to what happened next. The box was delayed due to the holidays and CA fires. Holidays? It’s February, get it together. They then delivered my box to my mailing address and not my shipping. 2 completely different states! After emailing back and forth with them literally 10 times they scheduled to have the package picked back up. And they send fed ex to pick up the package at my shipping address and NOT the mailing address where they sent the package. Who are they employing at this company?? Because they are far from competent. Finally after 10 plus emails they get the box picked up. Weeks later I email them to see if they received their box back and if they’ve refunded me to which they respond, “ Thank you for reaching back out, we were able to fully cancel your membership and hope to see you in the future as we are always adding new items that you will love! I would like to assure you that you are not owed anything at this time.” What?? Do you not have a record of what happened? Refund me for the box you sent to the wrong address. STAY AWAY, this company is a joke!
I have contacted the company about two boxes I sent back. I got told the money would be refunded (they charged me for the whole box which was over 1200 EACH!). To date it says the ups still hasn’t delivered the item however, this isn’t true as I checked with the ups store and it was delivered. So I’m out 2400 bucks. Also I didn’t keep their clothes as they consistently sent me items I had specifically asked them not to. Horrible experience.

This was the worst experience ever! I used to use Stitch Fix, which I liked, but thought I would try another company. Boy was I wrong! First, I placed my order on Jan 13th and was very specific that I had an event coming up February 22nd and a work event Mid March. So I needed a business casual outfit. I was supposed to get my box first week of Feb, I didn’t receive it until Feb 24th, AFTER my event! Second, I was very specific that I wanted jeans, they sent me NO JEANS! Third, I said I like my shirts a little oversized, so my stylist decided she would go a size DOWN in size on all the tops she sent!! Saying their clothes run big. Everything was TOO SMALL!!! Fourth, she did not get my style AT ALL even with all the outfits I liked on their website. The one vest I was excited to get, was the ONE item that wasn’t sent in my box!!! It says it was in there but it was not in the box! Not to mention she sent me a tiny, tight crop top shirt that I would have worn on my 20’s! I’m 45! I’m not wearing a top like that now! Sixth, I got an email that my credit that I got when initially placing the order was expired BEFORE I even received my box. Seventh, when I tried to check out, the website was not working, it wasn’t applying my credit AND it was saying I had more in my cart than I did, so I had to call them and they had to check out on their end. Ninth, they overcharged my card randomly $40 last week and I just now noticed it! Now I have to call them again!! And lastly (I think!) my stylist left me a note informing me they don’t do business casual, WTH?!?! Oh my, I will NEVER use them AGAIN!!!

I got a very quick response, and every time I contact DailyLook’s customer service department, the interaction is the best customer service I’ve ever had. They are amazing.

Thankful that customer service resolved several issues. First, my email was not linked to my account due to a typo. Then my order showed that an item had been sent which had not. Thankfully, they did not charge or doubt me that I had not received it.
Customer Service was very helpful in delaying my order. I had missed the window to do so, but Tara was able to resolve it for me.
I ordered my box over a month ago. The email confirmation said I would be updated on its ETA. Then no email or update came. I emailed them and they said February 22. And that I would get an email when my designer had selected items for me. No email came. When February 22 came and they hadn’t even started styling nor had sent an email apologizing or explaining the delay or updating the ETA, I ask for assistance or to just cancel my box. They just canceled it and then asked me what was the reason I canceled it? Really horrible. I was expecting items and now over a month later I have nothing nor did they seem to care about my business.
My box was supposed to be here February 17th. Today is the 24rd. They have my money. I called and was told that they were waiting to get more clothing in their warehouse?? I agreed to wait a little longer. I will consider changing my review once I get my box if it even arrives. I have used stitch fix but love the look of DL. I’m a bit dissatisfied and disappointed at this point.

Once I finally was given the chance to preview my box, I was given less than 24 hours to respond, so I unfortunately missed the window. I’ve now learned that there are only sweaters and tops in the box? I picked this service for the styling, and to be provided with outfits… I’m VERY DISAPPOINTED. I will say customer service credited my styling fee. Had you not done that I would have cancelled.
