By comparison, I ordered from a large high street retailer at a similar time, and a month later am still battling to resolve issues with my order. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dale Photographic, or to use them again!

As it happens, I found buying binoculars wasn't as straightforward as picking the ones with the best review. Throughout, Dale in general and Aran in particular were extremely patient as I tried various pairs over an extended period of time. So, whether you purchase via email or visit the shop - which is highly recommended, you can always be guaranteed excellent and knowledgeable personal service.
