Item wasn't in stock when ordered.Dale promised to acquire item and gave an estimated date for delivery which was met. Great service.

The lens was on pre-order when I purchased it. Dale emailed when it was due in stock and when they expected to deliver it. They delivered it sooner than expected. Fantastic service and communication.

The item I received (Lee filter adapter ring) showed signs of being second hand. It had signs of usage ie small scratches and smuts all over it. The price was not cheap so I did expect a brand new one. The shipping was not a problem and I received it swiftly. I have kept the item as the scratches were quite fine but I was disappointed.

Excellent experience - very helpful and informative on the phone, free delivery by DPD (the best courier in my area but often charged for by other retailers), item well-packed and absolutely brand new. Price was also lower than anywhere else on the day - can't ask for any more than this, very pleased - thank you Dale Photographic! My previous two purchases from Dale (slightly less expensive but still substantial) were similarly faultless experiences.

An outstanding Photographic dealer. I purchased a used lens sold on commission for a customer and could not be more pleased with how it was packaged and the condition which was as new. All the documents etc were present. Communication is good as is the fast delivery. I would recommend this dealer to others and will use again when the opportunity arises.

Description was pleasingly accurate, everything there at a reasonable price. Delivery was extremely quick and well explained. I would have no trouble at all ordering from this shop again. Excellent.
