I ordered a rather expensive lens that I couldn't find at my dealer in Italy. It was a bit complicate because of some payment procedures I couldn't fully understand, on the other hand even if I was a bit worry (first time I purchased material at Dale) everything proceeded smoothly with refund and new payment. I had easy contact by phone and email to clarify things and that convinced me that the dealer was competent and efficient. Following payment I got the lens in due time and all together I was very satisfied of the contact I had and I will use again if needed.

Bad service. I sent a email asking about if I had to pay extra fee/toll in my county and the said no, but guess what, I had to pay 26 EUROS extra because I bought a rain cover and a strap for my bag (and the shipping of course). Edit: answer their answer: Wrong, you said I would not pay extra fee/toll even when I said Norway. This is my first and last time I buy in that place and probably first and last time I buy outside Norway. You could just say “you don’t know” but you prefer to sell the rain cover and the straps anyway and get a bad review.

Great customer service, highly recommend and would use again. Messaged as they sell an item but it was out of stock, they told me when it would come in, i asked for quick delivery as needed the item, they messaged me when the item was in, kept one aside for me and then i got the item next day. Great service wish more shops where like dale.

Brilliant lens. bought using Paypal on Friday afternoon, arrived here on Saturday at 1130am. Unfortunately I was in the shower and so had to wait until Tuesday but still. Fantastic lens, original boxes and free uv filter. I must admit that if it hadn't been for Ken Rockwell's extremely favourable review I might not have considered a Zeiss lens for a Leica so you may want to send him a butty. Thanks for selling me such a gem of a lens. I will be monitoring your website regularly.
