After placing my order on-line I received a call to say their stock level was shown incorrectly and that I could receive my order the following day if I were to accept an ex-display model or wait 4 days for a new one to arrive. It was explained the display model had a small mark on the top of the gimbal but function was not affected and given that I was offered this with a 15% discount I was more than happy to accept. I received the item as expected the following day (1 hour time slot which is always a plus); it was packaged incredibly well and I was extremely happy to find my gimbal was very much as expected, if not better. I shall certainly be looking to place any future orders from Dale Photographic.
