Jul 31,2020Ordering from Dales Cycles was very straightforward and their follow up emails about the order were prompt, informative and relevant. The delivery process was flawless and flexible - I had to change the delivery day and this was not a problem. I also used their online chat service for extra advice and this was excellent too. I am in the process of setting up the Core so can’t comment on it yet but would highly recommend the service offered by Dales Cycles.

Jul 28,2020Bought a few things from the store during lockdown, spoke to staff on live link, to ask questions regarding the items I was planning on purchasing, staff were very helpful and I am delighted with my wahoo element bolt, and my kikr core trainer. Plan next year to buy my new bike from the store as excellent customer service.well done keep up the great work you are all doing.

Jul 25,2020I am delighted with my new Cube SL hybrid. It is equally good on the road and cycle track/paths. Its light weight and set up is an added bonus when on longer runs. A great hybrid that I am quick to recommend. The support and service from the team at Dales was an added bonus!
