Jun 10,2020Brought 2 Giant mountain bikes on the 28/5/20 were delivered on the 10/6/20,they came boxed and really well protected with minimal assembly required for which the tools and information to do so were provided.We are impressed with the bikes and think they are great value for money.l would like to thank the staff at Dales cycles for being very helpful and efficient during our purchase especially as we live in Brighton,East Sussex.Also there was no delivery charge incurred which we thought was brilliant, would high recommend an online purchase from Dales cycles

The reason for 4 stars, as soon as I contacted Kerri, a couple of hours later, I was able to pick up my order. Please guys, in future if you cannot make the 3 working days for collection, keep us informed.
