Mar 13,2024I knew I was going to feed my cats Darwin's based on the recommendations and proof of quality from Charlie's Army. Since we brought our kitties home, they have been 100% fed on Darwin's. They LOVE it! They eat their helping in minutes. When I need to contact Darwin's the people I speak to are always so helpful and make sure I can receive my last minute shipments when I need them. I recommend Darwin's to my friends and family.

Mar 12,2024Feeding Raw, as well as canned, saved my Hamlet, a Siamese. His creatinine levels were high and he had lost 3 lbs when diagnosed with kidney disease three years ago. I switched from feeding him canned and dry food to Raw with canned food. His creatinine levels are normal now, he has gained all his weight back and his coat is shiny and healthy. Not bad for a 15 years old cat!

Mar 12,2024Have been a customer for over 7 years now & very happy with Darwin’s product and customer service. I like tgat I can call and interact with a human if needed, but the online subscription is easy to use and modify as I need. Thanks fir helping me keep my two goobers happy and healthy.

However when a problem such as a very late delivery by a shipping partner occurs, the people of Darwin’s initiate a new order to replace the late delivery which may have defrosted and spoiled due to the late delivery. No questions asked.

Mar 12,2024My cat had bad allergy and congestion. He had to have polyps removed from his sinuses. As a last resort I put him on a raw food diet and within days I saw improvement and within 2 weeks all his issues went away

Mar 12,2024I am writing to express my deep concern regarding the quality and health implications of Darwin’s cat food products (both regular and renal diet). As a loyal customer for 2 years, I have noticed significant changes in the quality, appearance, color, and most importantly, the impact on the health of my beloved pets. Over the past months, I have observed disturbing alterations in the appearance and consistency of the cat food, which caused 2 trips to the ER for both my cats recently. The color has become irregular, and the texture has varied considerably from batch to batch. Furthermore, upon feeding my cats with their product, I have noticed a decline in their overall health and vitality. They exhibited symptoms such as lethargy, liver, kidney, and digestive issues, and a noticeable decline in their coat quality. After consulting with the ER veterinarian and conducting thorough research, I have come to the conclusion that their cat food may be contributing to these adverse health effects. As a responsible pet owner, I could no longer compromise on the well-being of my animals. Consequently, I have taken the decision to discontinue the use of their cat food and instead prepare their meals from scratch using high-quality ingredients. Since transitioning to homemade meals, I have observed a remarkable improvement in my pets' health. They are more energetic, their coats have regained their luster, and their digestive issues have subsided (blood work to prove it). I urge Darwin to take immediate action to address these concerns and ensure the quality and safety of their products, both cat and dog food. Pet owners place immense trust in the brands they choose to feed their beloved companions, and it is imperative that this trust is upheld through consistent quality standards. I want to make it clear that I will not recommend your products to other pet owners. It is my sincere hope that by sharing my experience, other pet owners will be spared from enduring similar challenges with their beloved pets.

Mar 12,2024Darwin could improve my rating by sending email to let me know a week before my packages ship, not on the day. I have checked my ship date on the website in the past, if the ship date is changed again, I need a heads-up. This company used to be excellent about communication - not so much now. The date listed below is arbitrary, it has been ongoing for about three years now.

Mar 12,2024Our cats love this food. I've noticed their coats look much nicer since we started feeding them Darwin's food, and they seem stronger and healthier. Our one older cat's dandruff went away when she ate Darwins. I feel really good about feeding them Darwin's food; it is a healthy option!

Mar 12,2024Been with Darwin's for many years now. My cat Spunky loves Darwin's raw food. He does miss the fresh lamb and hopes one day for the fresh raw lamb to be available one day. Customer service is great. Delivery is on time. Thanks Darwin's for all you do in maintaining Spunky s health. 😻

Shipping and deliveries are good, everything arrives as it should, nice and frozen. Each pack is clearly labelled so you know what is what. Customer service is excellent. Thank you Darwins!
