Mar 14,2024Darwin's shipments are always on time and you always receive exactly what you ordered. If you have a question, their customer service is excellent. I love the insulation they use which is completely recyclable. But the family member that has the final say on Darwin's Pet food is Hannah. She gives it a big paws up!

I'm glad he is little tho as the cost is almost getting to be too much for us:( If he was a bigger dog we would have to order somewhere else. please use more dry ice too as it's always melted when I get the food and there are always packs which are no longer frozen.

Mar 13,2024I have been feeding my terrier mix gal Darwin's grain free raw diet for over 7 years now. She is 15 years old with few medical conditions. And, only sees a vet for routine blood work. Darwin's has superior products and their customer service will exceed your expectations! A wonderful team of people!

Mar 13,2024We have been customers for 5 or more years and have been pleased with the cat food for 3 cats. The product is always fresh and delivery is prompt. Our cats are 13, 3 and 8 months and they like the fresh food. The oldest is 13 yrs and still plays daily and shows no sign of aging. Taking care of our cats is very important.
