Starting an LLC and didn't want to use my home address. I had a very hard time with the notary process. This meant the sign up process stretched out over three days making it hard to keep track of everything I was processing. The bigger issue was that I was informed after signing up for a virtual office that I will be charged $18 each time I call to check if I have mail waiting. I'm anticipating little to no mail. However if a piece of mail does come in it's likely a time sensitive document. This means I'll have to come up to your office weekly for no reason. $18 for each call is ridiculous it has completely tainted my view of your company. I went from happy to pissed with one email. And now I will not be recommending your company to anyone and won't use you again. When I launch the next LLC I'll be moving my business elsewhere.
My name is William A. Myles III, and I am the owner of Ave 63 Cleaning. We recently purchased a virtual office at your location at 402 W Broadway, Suite 400, San Diego, CA. Today, I visited the location for the first time to check for mail. However, upon arrival, I was informed that the location was operated by Regus Virtual Offices, not Davinci Virtual Offices. The receptionist did mention a designated area for Davinci, but unfortunately, our company, Ave 63 Cleaning, was not listed. Further complicating the situation, I waited for over 30 minutes while the receptionist attempted to assist me. Unfortunately, they were unable to provide any information or assistance regarding our virtual office or mail. Following this frustrating encounter, I contacted your company's phone number and spoke with a representative. They assured me that everything was in order and that they would reach out to the receptionist and follow up with me. However, I never received a callback. This experience has caused significant concern. The lack of clear communication, missing mail access, and extended wait time without resolution raises serious questions about the organization and efficiency of your services.

I talked to Staci Wilson both times I reached out, and the experience was easier than I could have imagined. I had a lot of questions for her and changes I needed to make to my account; Staci was able to help with everything and I left the chat happy to have one more thing off of my plate. I'm sure I will have more questions as I navigate my account, but I'll leave that for another day. As for now, thank you, Staci, for all of your help!

Most recently we needed support on an important issue and Staci Wilson was able to figure it out within minutes for us. I was extremely impressed by how helpful she was. I am grateful for their friendly staff and how seamless the whole experience has been.
I've been waiting on my virtual office for almost a week now. I've went through several companies and this experience has taken entirely too long. Update: Although the wait was long, I must say, they really went out of there way to to make things right. The customer service in my opinion, is spot on, which really goes a long way. 4 Stars!
Expensive, a lot of difficulty setting up accout. Person spoke to didnt get name not customer service oriented.
They did everything for me. All did was was pay a very reasonable fee for my virtual office. Even the notary was included, via a web chat.
