It was easy to get setup.
Excellent Experience!
I had a couple of technical difficulties while trying to sign-up for services via the website. But someone from DaVinci did an immediate follow-up the next day and they were able to resolve the issue and help with seeing things through to completion. So overall, it was a quick and easy process with a team of people that checked in and/or assisted whenever needed. The whole process barely took a week from start to finish. And they informed me as soon as everything was set-up and I could start utilizing my services.
Good Communication with Nina thought the process.
It does not fully describe what is required for the virtual office set up until after you purchase. NOT GOOD! I needed to then cancel one of our orders and emailed Chantel Sloan multiple times with NO response. I even called and no response. I also requested the forms to download to fill and have notarized and NO RESPONE! Think we might just cancel both orders and go with someone else who can answer an email or call.
I wish I could join in on the wonderful reviews here, but I cannot. I am the CEO of a business here in Canada. We have been trying to establish a virtual office in London, through DaVinci, since August 31st, 2022. It's now October 6th, and we still don't have one. We have called and e-mailed until we are blue in the face - but with no practical, constructive response. We have provided absolutely everything this company has asked us to but are still not getting anywhere. They did, however, remember to charge our credit card for another month's rent - even though we have no office as of yet. We are so frustrated by this that this morning we contacted our credit card provider to have all future charges from DaVinci declined and to have the two that were made, removed.
DaVinci offers reasonable prices for their services and it was very easy to get in touch with them when I had a question about opening my virtual mailbox.
The staff at Davinci is so kind and patient. I was very impressed how the staff members respect new clients and ensure their every need is met expediently. I love working with companies that educate their staff members on why treating every client with respect is so important. I have leased space from other companies but Davinci is the best.
My experience was great. The onboarding process felt very welcoming all of the employees that contacted me were very professional. I will be recommending this company to any in need of a service(s) provided be Davinci Virtual office.
Pricing too high. location staff slow to respond properly to our requests.
The registration process was very simple easy and straightforward. It was easy to find information on the website.
My rep Connyr was very friendly and professional 10/10. There's definitely room for improvement in the digital onboarding process though. The first area for improvement is that addresses (or at least the one I chose) have to have a PMB # attached to them which is not displayed anywhere online or otherwise communicated until after the order is placed. It would probably be best to include that piece of info up front where applicable. I think the fact that Davinci provides a free online notary session is a big win, but the second area for improvement is with that process. I was unable to schedule a meeting using the NotaryCam platform because the link on the NotaryCam site was broken. Also, the NotaryCam site suggests that if you wait long enough in the queue that a notary will join the session, which was not the case. I was eventually contacted by someone from NotaryCam to schedule the meeting. Then once the session was complete, I had assumed that step was done and that Davinci had the notarized form. I was later sent a link to fill out the same notarized form that I had already completed. It turned out that I had to download the completed notarized document, and email it back to my Davinci rep. If this is documented somewhere, I must have missed it. The third area for improvement is the handling of DBAs (trade names). I asked if it would be possible to receive mail addressed to my DBA name as well as my corporate name. In order to get that question answered, I had to wait for someone from sales to call me, just to tell me that I would need to pay for another account to be able to accept mail addressed to either name, otherwise I would have to decide on which name the mail would need to be addressed to. I'm not here to judge the business/pricing model, but just want to express that information could and should be readily available. Information being readily available is also the fourth and final area of opportunity for improvement. Now that I have everything fully set up, when I log into my account, there doesn't appear to be any sort of summary of what I'm paying for. I can't find my address, subscription details or payment history. It seems the only information I have access to after logging in is my personal info, card info, and a link prompting me to "Click here to finish", which brings me back to setting up the CMRA notary session. There's actually no indication on the site that I've purchased anything. The only reason I know that the process is complete is because my rep sent me an email letting me know. All in all, it seems like what is lacking in procedure and automation, is made up for in great people.

Oct 20,2022I have never had such a terrible experience with a service. I was paying over 100 CAD for Virtual office just to collect mail and they lost my mail 3 times in the process of 3 months. I cancelled my subscription and they couldn't even send me my mail regular post without me having to have it Fed Ex. Don't use this service, its not a good option at all!
