I emailed and called the person to finish the office setup and they have yet to respond back. And that was last week Thursday. Please have someone get back to me.
If I could add more stars I would have! Amazing customer support, especially their support person 'Ashley Sheehan', what a wonderful soul, swiftly helped me through the process. I was having several questions filling the CMRA & Ashley did it for me, helped me through each and everything very patiently & promptly. Thank you Ashley, you're truly a gem 💎 :)

I initiated a live chat with "Mckiley Greenhalgh" tonight in an effort to get a little more info on the upcoming steps of finalizing my Virtual-Office details. Mckiley was helpful, patient, and gave much more detailed info than I was getting from the setup process itself. The Davinci Site seems to establish accounts under the presumption that everyone using it is a business-wizard who already knows how it all works. But there are MANY MORE of us who are only just now clawing & scraping our way into these levels... up out of 9-5 Hell lol.. So the site would be much better if it gave more detailed explanations & "What to expect next" during & after setups, and how to best utilize the acquired resources. Fortunately, until that happens we have people like Mckiley willing to help us. :-)
I am just getting set up with them and they have already made a mess of the process. The getting you signed up and payment was absolutely no problem of course. I started the process on Monday and was able to thankfully (so I thought) utilize the free notary that came with the package as I wanted to have this process and office in place by Friday. Notary Cam was amazing, however Davinici sent over the CRMA paperwork filled out with the wrong name. So I had to wait until the next day to contact them to correct the paper. I sent an email that night thinking they'd get it first thing in the morning and go ahead and correct it and resubmit. I had heard nothing by lunch time the next day. So I called and was told oh yea I saw the email, Ill get it done this afternoon and let them know, then you can get with them and set up a time to get online again sometime and finish it. Luckily the helpful lady from Notary Cam gave me her email and told me to tell them to send it and for me to email her direct when they did and she would be able to finish up everything right then. So I told the Davinci rep that no I didn't have time for it to get done sometime this afternoon I needed it done now please. Mind you I needed everything set up by Friday and was told by the sales rep that it would take 24 to 48 hours at them most. So this was Tuesday and finally the application got approved and notarized for my mail transfers.My account reflected completed as well! So I get an email after that saying Davinci had the application and they would go over it and then send it to be notarized?? Um, didnt the lady notarize it when she had me do all the verification and all on cam and swear legally..yada yada???? So fine, I waited another day, checked my account and it said CRMA completed still. So I'm thinking ok any time now everything will be set up and I'll have everything done before Friday because I didn't want to run into the holiday. So nothing changed and today is Friday. I called DaVinci just a little while ago...mind you it's been since Wednesday, I speak to my rep and why does she tell me it is going to take 1 to 3 days after they send my CRMA over to be notorized but "oh I can go ahead and send it now"??? I said what?? All that was supposed to had been done days ago and now you are telling me you are just sending it?? How is that? I was told Monday this was a 24/48 hour process and I'd be set by Wednesday, Thursday at the latest. She said oh I don't know who told you that. So I told her now I'm not going to be setup until mid next week because Monday is a holiday and then it may get done Tuesday and be done by the end of next week. This lady offered me a $25 credit for the misunderstanding. Seriously??? I had a deadline I set to have this all done and went with them because they said that their turn around time was 48 hours at the most. I could see if it was errors or issues out of their control that caused the delay but filling out paperwork wrong and then sending paperwork when you get ready are not sufficient for me. This whole experience gives me no confidence that they are going to be able to handle my business needs accurately and timely. But the kicker is guess what, they lock you into a 6 month contract from the beginning so you are stuck with them!!
Amazing and fast process
Ms. Love and Ms. Harmon were very helpful throughout the setup process. Both reached out readily and quickly. Highly knowledgeable and assisted me every step of the way. Really made the process seamless and stress free.
My rep, Grace, was totally engaged throughout the process, answering each question and concern I had. She is knowledgeable, provided quick follow-up and is down right a professional. The office spaces are modern with many conveniences. I feel good about my decision to go with DaVincI VOS, and you can too!

I had much difficulty with the online notary. I was asked to submit documents after they had already been submitted.
