Nov 19,2022Placed an order on 11/11/22. Turned out the address shown online wasn't a complete address and had a mailbox num associated in front of the Suite number. come on! This was nowhere mentioned. The further process took almost a week. Their online systems wouldn't work & continue throwing errors. Not a pleasant experience. My LLC got registered with an incomplete address.

Nov 16,2022So far so good! Only issue I have is with the address number on the end! The IRS can not put any characters so they had to No515 instead of #515! Just hope I don’t have any problems with inconsistency

Nov 02,2022Using the DaVinci office was a great experience the receptionist greeted us took us straight to the office asked us if we needed to utilize the Wi-Fi or the monitor and she let us know that she was there to help us along the way the office setting was nice clean comfortable chairs nice round conference table and they also have free coffee donuts and snacks it was a nice experience and a great day at the office

Oct 21,2022Two weeks later I'm editing my review - Once Takneisha, the customer service team lead got involved things moved a lot faster. She was committed to fixing our issue and had a sense of urgency about it. Once we identified what the problem was (OUR firewall!!) we were able to get it fixed so that the system worked for us. We still ended up paying for over a week when we couldn't use the system, because their billing team is RIGHT on top of things, and I'm still pretty annoyed at the customer service rep who clearly was unconcerned that our system wasn't working, but Takneisha was awesome and everything is now working fine. Although your billing department was right on top of things and billed us right away, after over a week our number is STILL not operational. Customer service is non-responsive (doesn't return emails or phone calls). Issues are not resolved. Our number is STILL not working.

Nov 24,2022From 1st contact and all through out the whole process Briana Hunter and Char Harmon were right there with answers to our questions and worked with us during the set-up process. The location we chose is close to us and very prestigious with a lovely floor where the suite is located. We are working from home and vacated offices we had in Studio City, so this works out wonderful. I recommend this to anyone who wants to make an impression. Very nice services also included.
