She was very responsive, and provided the needed update documentation immediately. Furthermore, the document needed 2 minor revisions and she did those too promptly without any hesitation or asking questions.

May 08,2024I wasn’t happy with the notary team. I had to obtain a copy of my application so I can notarize on my own . The secretary was superb, extremely nice and helpful. She made sure everything coordinate so I get the address within days.

Briana not only answered my questions but she was professional, friendly, attentive, and made me feel comfortable even with my communicative mistakes since I'm new to the business world. In addition to the virtual office being in a great location, I was met with great customer service and kindness during my tour this morning. Afterwards, I knew I chose the right virtual office for my business. I called Briana to get started after the tour and she called me back in less than an hour. I'm looking forward to working with the Davinci team!
