Had several issues starting my company with this company, big one is the up charging for the most basic services, little too expensive I am stuck with this company now but definitely do your research before coming here, other than that people are polite but good luck having them answer your call if you pick the cheapest option. Yes thanks to Chantel for explaining further the rates, but the misunderstanding I believe laid with your company and the company that referred me, they were under the impression that DaVinci would give their clients a discount, so it might be good to reach out because they had me stop using DaVinci and go with another company with more competitive rates, I believe several clients will make the change, I would refer this to your higher up they might want to know they will be losing 6+ people to what I can only call Corporate Greed, and might lose a source of referrals too, this was nothing personal the staff were great but the rates and services are no longer competitive.
So far so good! It was a very simple setup and very cost effective for my current needs. The folks at Davinci Virtual Office Solutions have been a pleasure to work with.
