Feb 01,2023Used to be a good & trustworthy company but unfortunately has gone downhill. Did not get the goods as described and customer service unwilling to acknowledge. Have used Dawsons on many occasions in the past but will not be using them in the future.

Jan 30,2023We purchased a BBQ from Dawsons. Upon receipt there was some damage to the lid, this looked to have been a manufacturer error and not in delivery. I emailed some photos to their customer service team and Louise handled the issue for us. Louise was quick and extremely thorough. The new lid was received and Louise followed up to ensure everything was ok. Excellent customer service Louise

Jan 27,2023As good as Amazon I wanted some Circulon ovenware and Dawson's eCookshop website had the lowest prices I could find (cheaper than Amazon actually). I was a little hesitant reading the negative reviews on here, especially with the low price for a name like Circulon, but the items arrived, securely, well packaged and promptly via DPD. I'll be happy to use them again in future and would recommend them.

Nov 19,2022Well once again we was not disappointed with both the service and product we bought from Dawsons. Ordered a weber BBQ Friday and it was delivered by 10.00am the following day. You can not get better . Great product, good price and excellent service. Staff are always available to help with a smile. Thank you once again.

Oct 08,2022I'd read mixed reviews about ecookshop.co.uk aka Dawsons, so I took a bit of a gamble by ordering some discounted Circulon pans from them. I needn't have worried, they arrived, well packaged and including a free gift for spending over £100, less than 48 hours later. I won't hesitate to order from them again should the opportunity arise.

Sep 09,2022I’m having an awful experience dealing with this company. I ordered a Kettler garden set but when it was delivered the delivery man apologised for how long it took to get off the truck and to my door and explained it should have been down as a 2 man delivery and it was really poorly packed into the pallet. Lo and behold when opening the set, one leg was almost completely snapped. I messaged Dawsons who arranged for kettler to call me and arrange collection and delivery of a new corner unit. The day came and no one showed up. Checked online and it had been cancelled. I emailed Dawsons and they claimed someone tried to contact me and I should contact kettler directly to rearrange. That was garbage. No one tried to contact me and Dawsons are repeatedly ignoring any of my emails. I now am paying for a garden set that I can’t use as the corner unit has been on my driveway since the original collection date. Awful awful customer service. Do not recommend using them.

Used the finance option so thought I'd be waiting 7-14 days but no, it all arrived 2 days after my online purchase. Amazing!!! Was a lovely surprise to see the cushions included. Couldn't be happier. It's exactly what we were looking for. Thank you

I needed to make contact with a query at the Service Agent on the call was exceptionally helpful. Product and service first class, would highly recommend.

Jul 08,2022We have just bought a Hartman patio set from the Dawson garden centr We contacted the on line department and they price matched. We received a confirmation email and it was delivered the following week. We also received email updates advising dispatch and the delivery day. When it arrived one of the studs in the table leg was faulty. Contacted customer service who dealt with it immediately and even the Hartman customer service dealt with it promptly. We’ve received the new leg and can only sat a big thanks to both Dawson and Hartman.

Jul 08,2022I recently purchased a BBQ from BBQworld.co.uk, Purchasing was easy and delivery was faultless and quick, unfortunately a part was damaged on arrival, I wouldn't think the part was damaged in transit based on packaging but at point of manufacture. BBQworlds customer care was perfect, a single phone call and a couple of emails of pictures etc and a new one was on the way, I kept the old part so I could BBQ in the mean time, I would highly recommend and can't imagine going anywhere else for BBQ supplies in the future

Jul 06,2022I would rate Dawson's up there as one of the top companies to deal with, my kettler garden furniture was delivered and the only thing wrong with it was a scratch on the top of a chair so emailed them with photos and a new one was sent straight out and the other collected the same day. So nice to get efficient and friendly service, top marks.
