I placed an order for a mirror on Feb 4th 2024, after which I received no correspondence from the company. I chased the delivery on 19 Feb, and they said they were a small company experiencing delivery issues. My feedback was to let at least the customer know as 15 days had elapsed, I requested a full refund. As of today, I have received no refund or mirror. I will refer the matter to trading standards. Do not waste your time and money better than a reliable furniture retailer. I wish I purchased the mirror elsewhere instead of wasting time chasing it.
I had a great experience ordering a coffee table from Decor Interiors. They kept me up to date with the order and rang me to arrange delivery. The coffee table arrived as planned and I absolutely love it. Thanks again to all of the team.
Every single order I place is being cancelled. It looks like they have nothing in stock. You can't reach customer service. I can't spend the credit I have accumulate by being a VIP (!!!) member. I feel like this is a huge spam. Terrible company.
I have ordered twice the same day for few items. They have cancelled the orders and never send the items! Their answer was “ it was a glitch”. If it was a glitch from a serious company, they could afford the mistake and send the items. They put a price for an item and once they had my details, they cancelled my order and say that if I want the items I have to pay 1000 times more. I had to cancel my credit card as this company has my details and I am worry they use it for other purposes, also I have received already 7 spam emails in the last hours.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I placed an order which was never going to come on time after their promises. Very poor customer service and non responsive to emails. When they did respond to one of my emails they just lied. Very, very poor company. I should have known better with the .net !!
I ordered a marble topped nest of coffee tables. They arrived well packed and I had great communication from the company. They are really good quality and look stylish in my lounge. I would recommend this company.
Decor Interiors went above and beyond to help us get the coffee table we particularly wanted after we had been let down elsewhere. The customer service and communication was excellent, they even phoned me twice about the table !! I am happy to say it has now arrived safely having been extremely well packaged and I would like to say thank you to them for that too. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the company to anyone looking for good quality products with a good quality service. Thanks again, Rose x
I ordered a chair and sofa from here and absolutely LOVE it. Excellent quality, incredibly stylish … but the major thing that also stood out was really outstanding customer service. I just couldn’t fault the communication and efficiency. I only found this company on an internet search, but will make a point of ordering from them again. Why can’t other companies set the same standard? Very impressed 👍🤩😊🙏
I bought an apothecary a few months ago and meant to leave a review. Really good customer service and provided discount when I ordered an item, just before it went on sale. Really pleasent to deal with. Would buy from them again.
Worst company ever, waited nearly 3 weeks for my order to even be dispatched, no email or call , nothing , I called them asking where my order is , they where quite blunt , and not very kind at all, Order finally arrived , not same colour as what I ordered and not same colour as on there website , again chasing up to return , they agreed return but only if I pay the return fee , that will be deducted from my refund , which I don’t think it’s fair as item was not as described… 2 failed collections from the couriers , again chasing them up to collect my item , they are not helpful at all on the phone or email. After being collected finally! It’s reached Belfast but now they say they don’t know where my order is , the item is a chair and in a very big box so I don’t understand how this could be lost , still till now NO REFUND been over 14 days !!! KEEP AWAY from this company . I WANT MY REFUND!!! The item is currently in Belfast but still no refund , I don’t see why I should have to pay the return refund as the item was not as described Absolutely disgusting
After placing an order for a single roll of wallpaper i realised i would need 2 rolls, so i e-mailed, and Sarah got back very quickly and advised me how to place another order so the 2 rolls would be delivered together. I recieved these the next day. Excellent customer service. Thank you Sarah.
Ordered 2 weeks ago and still not received my order, received generic email saying it was delayed but no more info. When I contacted them was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them for even asking! The delivery company don’t give a time slot so you have to wait in all day and they won’t leave delivery as need a signature, so another 3 day wait to get a redelivery. Wish I ordered somewhere else as it’s delayed my project by over a week.

Very prompt dispatch. Paint packaged very securely. Quick ordering service and prompt e-mail confirmation. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and will recommend to friends.
Ordered off this company in glengormley on the 2nd of January, took the money and I never received my order. Got in touch with them and they said my order was being packed and despatched and still never received it, tracking never updated so but careful in what you buy off this company.
Ordered a set of tables online only to receive an email on 4 Jan apologising that due to a “glitch” the tables were not actually available and a refund would be arranged “promptly”. It is now 10 Jan and still not received any communication from “the accounts department” to confirm this has been put in place. In response to my numerous emails have only received replies saying refunds take time, which is a direct contradiction to the promise of a prompt refund. Cannot reach anyone by phone. Customer service is dire and would not recommend ordering anything unless you want the money to be taken immediately and risk not getting the items or your refund. Very unimpressed. Will be taking further action if nothing received in next 48 hours.
Unfortunately my order was damaged on delivery, but I must say the customer service was great. They didn't have anymore items in stock so gave me a 50% refund. Would but again from them.
Not received my order, no tracking information either despite it stating the shipment has been dispatched.
It really is regrettable to leave a negative review, however, I must say, their communication was dire. They were late on sending my items despite delivery costing £10 and they still failed to deliver on-time. I emailed them many times and only received generic responses back. I’ve requested a full refund a week ago yet I still have not heard back. Overall, I would not recommend and would highly suggest shopping elsewhere.

Mar 20,2024I ordered an item on 4 March and was advised on 6 March that it was out of stock/discontinued. On 7 March I requested a refund. I was advised that I would receive this promptly/in a couple of days. It is now 20 March and I have still not received the refund despite sending a chasing email. Firstly, a company shouldn't be selling items that are out of stock and secondly, if they are going to do so, they should arrange for prompt reimbursement. I will not be ordering from Decor Interiors again. I have not received the refund as at 22 March despite Decor Interiors saying they processed the refund several days ago.
