The company communicated with me immediately when my canvas was out of stock and gave an offer of refund and an expected date when new stock would be arriving. I decided to wait and again they emailed as soon as back in stock and dispatched.

Absolutely awful. Took my money and then told me it was out of stock. Almost two weeks and still no refund. Should not advertise things they don't have to sell. Plus no response to my email. Shocking way to do business
I ordered side tables from you money taken out my bank on the 17 November I have heard absolutely nothing from you I am down £174.94 I look forward to a response if none is forth coming I will be taking this matter further. Margaret Anderson
I had brilliant customer service and am very pleased with paint and pricing.
Absolutely worst company I have ever dealt with and the first time I've felt compelled to write a review. I bought 2 cushions online of which the money was taken from my account immediately. A few days later, I was emailed to say that there had been a computer error and the cushions were out of stock so I would be given a refund. Ok, not a problem. I asked when I would be receiving my refund and they said it would take 3-5 days for the bank to clear the funds. The email was sent on the 7th November; it is now the 21st. After a few emails of me chasing this up, it has now been a week of complete radio silence. I have lost £75. If this is how people run a company, they really shouldn't be in business. This is obviously a scam. I have now raised a dispute with my bank as I have had £75 stolen, in essence. Avoid like the plague.

Took to long to come was fed up waiting. Order the paint and it came sooner also wat I paid for postage was a lot tin of paint was just about the same

Waited over 2 weeks for a mirror to arrive. Anytime I email asking for the delivery to be cancelled and a refund to be issued the only reply I get back is a link to a delivery site, where it says there's been a delay. Still waiting on the mirror, or a proper reply to my requests for a refund since the item has not arrived.
Still haven't received my product in over 3 weeks of waiting , then got sent pictures of the chair which is a totally different colour to what I ordered.
If I could rate zero star, I will definitely do it, that is completely scam, company is cheating. DO NOT use this company. I have been chat with your company for a week, they refused to refund, I don’t think you could do it as it is completely a spam, pretended you are selling something, I paid for buying product, your company said I did not place any order, only pay for membership and insist it is non-refundable based on terms and conditions. I reported the spam advertisement on fb from your company.
Order number 25697 - no communication at all, I was told after i chased the order myself that i would receive my order (which was in stock at the time i ordered) by today, not today but by today. Clearly a statement and information that is not correct. The website just says last updated and gives the date of the order. Money was taken from my account immediately though so they are quick to process some things!! Why would you put 3 - 7 days delivery on your system when clearly you cannot meet such a tight deadline. I need you to refund this order so i can purchase from a company who keeps customers informed and doesnt just tell them what they want to here or print delivery time scales that are clearly not going to be met. If you state 3 - 7 days in your advertisement this is the contract customers accept. its now 10 days and whilst you will say well it doesnt count weekends you dont state this on your advert or receipt, you are still in breach as i ordered on the 8th of October 7 days would have been 15th without counting saturday and sunday or the 17th if you now choose to use that as an excuse. If you had of kept me informed of the status of the order maybe i would have considered waiting to make this review. I look forward to your comments
After my decorator had a last minute cancellation and was able to fit my job in before March next year, I jumped at the slot, but had nothing prepared and no wallpaper ordered. I ordered my wallpaper and sadly a day later was emailed to say it was out of stock but Sarah "Who rang me straight away at my request after I replied to her email" and the rest of the team over that working week gave me accurate information about when I would receive my order and on every occasion without fail, either called me back or emailed quickly in response to my emails. My order arrived exactly on the day I was informed it would. I would definitely use Decor interiors again, mainly because of there refreshingly honest and attentive customer service, which is very rare to find these days.
Gorgeous wallpaper , quick delivery and outstanding customer service. I panicked as I needed another roll as i didnt have enough, i rang up and spoke to Sarah she was great, she checked with the supplier to make sure they had the same batch number. Wonderful service, thanku, highly recommend
My purchase was easy and easy to follow. The price was competitive for the same item on different sites. It arrived timely and intact. The only negative would be the cost of postage. For the amount I spent I expected it to be free

Dec 13,2023I’ve never left a review before but the quality of my product (a mirror) was so bad I feel I should warn potential customers. It was an ex display model but I didn’t expect superglue all over the mirrors and frames. Customer service just blamed their suppliers. Avoid!…. This is an update after reading their reply. Not only was your product poor your smart ass reply shows how wonderfully professional your company is and I’m glad you’ve shown your lack of consideration for customers you’ve tried to rip off. Do not purchase from these rude flippant con artists. Avoid purchasing anything from this company
