Excellent customer service. I had ordered a wine rack, and initially there was a delay with shipment. However, after contacting company, it was all rectified, and was done in a friendly, professional manner. Very pleased with my wine rack, and would have no hesitation in recommending this company. Special thanks to Daryl, who was brilliant, and kept me informed of order progress.
Absolutely shocking delivery service. I ordered on the 9th July. I have had to continually chase for delivery. It was collected by the courier on the 16th July and I was assured I would receive it by the 18th, which didn’t happen. Delivery was then scheduled for the 22nd but I was then away for a week. I was informed they would arrange for it to be delivered to a neighbour, this also didn’t happen. So I had to rearrange delivery for when I was back a week later. I was given all the excuses, delay due to sale, bank holiday etc. but none of this really explains why it took a week for the courier to collect and the almost another week to deliver. You are advertising 2-4 working days for delivery but this is a complete lie. I had some days planned to be off work to get the painting done and I have now missed every opportunity I had to get it done. The children are now off for the holidays so I am now not able to get the painting done. I will never use this company again and will order direct from Frenchic next time, their customer service and delivery is amazing.
Shocking service ! I ordered a sample over 2 weeks ago and I’m still waiting and my painter is coming on Monday I’m not happy at all with their service 😢
Ordered a gift for my parents from here, it arrived well packaged and on time. They loved it. Lots of quirky homeware to choose from! Will buy again from here. Thanks guys.
Appalling service. Avoid at all costs. Ordered a small item on 21/06/24, chased them a week later as no item and no comms. They said there was a delay due to their sale and they would send it the next week under a 48 hour service. A week later and still nothing had arrived. I advised them on Friday 05/07 that if it wasn’t sent by Monday I wanted a refund. On Monday they said there was still a delay and asked if I wanted a refund which I accepted and then purchased the item elsewhere. A few hours later I had a dispatch email from Decor Interiors!?! Such hard work. If they value their customers and their business why not be upfront on their website about delays with dispatching orders? Seems like reputational damage means nothing to them.
Love my ginger jar. Well packaged. Kept informed on delivery date and very good customer service. Got back to me immediately when I had a question on estimated delivery time. . Great price too.
My nest of tables arrived well packaged and on time alongside a faux pot plant I ordered. Both great quality and look beautiful to finish off my living room. Will definitely shop again with this company.
I purchased two Lowry Table Lamps and they are lovely, very pleased with my purchase. Delivery did take longer than expected but they were worth waiting for.
I ordered a decanter on 24/5/23 as a house warming gift. I messaged them after a week as it had not been dispatched. They stated it would be dispatched in a few days. A few days came and went so I contacted them again. They stated it would be dispatched the next week. It appears they never even had this item in stock. They eventually agreed to issue a refund and claimed they were sending the details for a refund to their accounts department. That was over a week ago and despite messaging them for updates they are now not responding. It is now 27th June and i have not been refunded yet. I will be raising a dispute over this payment with my bank. You’d think that after so many bad reviews they would up their game and change how they do business.
Honestly cannot understand this company. Avoid at all costs. My experience similar to others. Ordered 3 tins of paint 31st May, got an email to say they only had 2 in stock and 3rd tin would be 10 day wait. 2 weeks later still hadn't received any tins of paint. Emailed them and they said the 2 tins would be dispatched that day. Days later still nothing, shipping not updated on tracking. Asked for a refund they said no, 2 tins already been dispatched. 17 days after placing the order I received the 2 tins. Opened a dispute with my bank to resolve the issue as this company is clearly incompetent and ran by monkeys. I never write reviews, but feel compelled to tell anyone who'll listen not to buy from this shambolic company. Obviously they're too busy replying to all of their terrible reviews to actually dispatch people's orders

Ordered and paid for an item on 5th June not received!!!! Customer service is absolute rubbish My item did not arrive after waiting 2 weeks nothing heard from this company. I then emailed requesting an order update. Informed my item would be guaranteed on a date and time with prompt delivery to again not receive my item. Ordered on the 5th June and to date STILL NO ITEM. I have emailed again requesting that if I have not received my item by Friday 28th June am then a full refund is in order.
Very happy with my order it was pretty in the picture on the website but its even prettier in person and I am delighted.
I placed an order for a lamp on 26 April. I received no communication so I chased them 22 May, they said it was delayed. I emailed them again, this time they said there was a problem with the courier. But out of common courtesy I’d have expected them to let=me know. Today 6.5 weeks after I ordered the lamp and it’s still not been delivered, so I’ve asked for a refund. Very disappointed but the lack of customer service and not to have the lamp!!!!
I placed an order for two table lamps on 22 May. On 23rd May the money had been taken from my bank. Then I received an email to say one was out of stock and the other not due in for 2 weeks. I asked for a refund and was told the request had been sent to the finance team. On 3rd June I sent a further email to advise I am still waiting for the refund. Again I was advised the finance team would be contacted. It’s now 7th June and I’m still waiting…………. I placed the order in good faith and feel angry that I am still waiting for my refund. It’s now over 2 weeks which is unacceptable. If I don’t receive my refund by next week I will be forced to contact trading standards and ask my bank to intervene!!! You were quick enough to take my money so give it back please.

I received fantastic service from this great family run business. I ordered and paid for a gorgeous statue by phone that arrived so promptly after I’d placed my order. It was beautifully packed with lots of protection. I had a tracking number sent through should I have needed it. I’m really impressed by the customer service I received and I’d have no hesitation in highly recommending Decor Interiors. I’ll be ordering again and again as there are so many lovely products to choose from, thank you
Excellent experience shopping with decor interiors. Item arrived broken with was the couriers fault realised it was a easy fix so suggested i fixed it and took a partial refund. Spoke to decor interiors and they sorted a refund extremely quick and communication was excellent. Item is fixed and looks amazing big thank you to the people at decor interiors. Would use again in a heart beat

Jul 30,2024I ordered a number of paint samples from Decor Interiors. After hearing nothing from them for a week or more I contacted them to find out when the items were going to be delivered. It appears that a number of the samples I had ordered were out of stock but they hadn't contacted me to inform me of this. They arranged to give a refund. That was over a week ago and no refund has yet been received so I am now having to chase them again. Really poor service. I won't be using this company again.
