I ordered several laura ashley paints . Unfortunately one colour delivered was incorrect. Customer service was really good and sorted the issue straight away. Great communication throughout. Would definitely recommend

I ordered on the 1st of May. On the 18th May I had still not received my order so I emailed them. It hadn't even been dispatched. I was told it would be dispatched the next working day which tells me this order was just forgotten about. They weren't even bothered, no apology, just a generic email. V poor customer service.

I ordered wallpaper from Decor Interiors to be delivered to the Republic of Ireland. They offer a competitive price and great customer service. They were very quick to respond to enquiries I had regarding the wallpaper, and they also followed up regarding the shipment. I would highly recommend Decor Interiors.

It's always a worry when you buy expensive items online, especially when you don't live in the same country and rely on shipping. However, I was very impressed with the Decor Interiors experience. Sarah proved to be particularly helpful and the item was delivered in perfect condition and on time. It was also competitively priced, so I will definitely feel comfortable using them again.

A lovely store I accidently stumbled across online, selling beautiful items for the home. I only made a small purchase but received fabulous customer service with great communication. I had a small issue with one of the items I received but this was resolved immediately for me. They also use a great courier service that ensures you receive the delivery in person, unlike many others who just dump it on your doorstep in all weathers. I hope to purchase more items and I'd definitely recommend.

Very pleased with my cabinet. The cabinet was a reclaimed piece so the company emailed me with photos before despatching as they was a potential slight issue. I'm so impressed that they did that! The cabinet arrived very well packaged and is stunning! Excellent communication and I can thoroughly recommend this company. I will definitely be going back to them.

They quoted 5-7 days to ship the item but ended up taking 14 days, and only ever communicated anything about this in response to me chasing them. When it arrived it became clear the item was of terrible quality. Because of this - and it having been badly packaged - the item arrived damaged, so I sent it back. Again, they initiated no communication to say that they'd received it or were processing the refund; I had to chase twice more, and eventually had the refund processed 21 days after they had received the returned item. The item in question was a 'Rustic Wooden Multi Drawer Floor Cabinet'.

I ordered a light which cost over £100, waited past the delivery date and was told it was out of stock when I chased and wasn’t due in for around another month. I requested a refund and over a month later still haven’t received it. Going to the bank now.

I recently ordered some Little Greene paint, it was an excellent price and I received the delivery today. The packaging was superb and I look forward to using the paint in due course. 100% recommend this company.

Whilst I’m still waiting for the refund I’ve editing my rating as decor interiors responded straight away to the review. Whilst I’ve had a moan about some of the things that make this feel like a slower moving business, at least they feel more human and demonstrate good customer principles. I would shop here again. Original post The item I wanted wasn’t in stock. I was told a few days after the order was placed. Didn’t pick up email for a while and had to request a refund, would the money have been kept otherwise? Had to chase the refund that went to ‘Accounts’ and received notification that the refund was being processed, still not received 48 hours later. I get the sense this is a business that operates on old processes and systems. Unfortunately that doesn’t make it competitive in current world where refunds should be issued straight away if an item is not in stock. In fact, one step further, it should be marked as out of stock.

This company have had my money since 16th March, and I’ve had nothing! I placed an order on 16th March, with a 5-7 day delivery. On the 21st March I get an e-mail to say it is out of stock and not expected until July, would I like to wait, let them to look for alternatives or issue a refund. I replied to say I was happy for them to recommend alternatives as I didn’t want to wait! I heard nothing so on 27th March I requested a refund, they responded on 30th March to say my request will be passed to their accounts department. Its now the 10th April, after four more e-mails from myself, I still haven’t received my refund. I wish I had read the reviews for this company before ordering, seems they often advertise out of stock items then sit on your payment.

It is always the test of a company how they deal with problems rather than when everything goes swimmingly. Having seen other reviews where Decor Interiors' customer service was lambasted, I was not confident that the issue with my order would be resolved in a timely way. It was therefore surprising that I got a reply to my email within 30 minutes of contacting them about the issue with my order - visible damage to the finish - with a satisfactory offer. So if the measure of a company is how they deal when things do not go right, then Decor Interiors measured up well based on my experience.

Order not received. Ignored completely until I opened a chat via Paypal resolution centre. Excuse after excuse and still no product or refund. Hopefully Paypal will refund money as have now opened formal claim.

What can I say I have purchased from this company once before. They have the most quirky items got myself a a gold & glass hippo coffee table and it is just perfect. The company kept me updated on my order and well packed to avoid damage during transit as we all know some courier companies just don't handle fragile items to well. Looking forward to my next delivery.

I would give zero stars if it were an option. Ordered several weeks ago. Goods did not arrive. Multiple messages sent to company. Messages from the company polite but smack of delaying tactics when refund requested. Still awaiting refund. Why the need for delay. Confirmation from company that goods have not been delivered. Refund immediately. [Amended as requested to include the order number Order number #29509 - amount paid is £143.99 Awaiting my refund. ]

As already experienced by many other customers. This company has a disgusting way of operating. They provide a horrible customer journey and only care about themselves. Ordered an item then told it was out of stock, a week later still awaiting a refund while they hold the funds. Avoid like the plague. Don’t advertise it and take the customers money if it isn’t available- it’s as simple as that… Companies like this who don’t put customers at the heart of their business will eventually and deservedly burn to the ground 👍
