Nov 13,2023It's been great. They helped me with all the questions prior to making my order and then they even gave me a call and we arranged the delivery date. I thought it was just gonna be like any other meat if I'm honest. The burgers so far it's the best I had in a very long time. Can't recomend it enough

Nov 13,2023Ordered a piece of venison loin a couple of weeks ago. I had left the order until the day before I wanted it as I had read that it was next day delivery. After placing the order I read the delivery details and the delivery is next day, but allow a day of processing time. After realising my mistake I contacted the company and they immediately processed the order and it arrived on time the next day. Refreshing to see great customer service, despite it being my mistake. The meat received was excellent quality too. Would definitely recommend and will be ordering from them again.
