Jun 15,2024I arranged a paid for consultation with Dentaprime on a specific proposed treatment which I had requested on the phone. The examination proceeded on an entirely different basis even though I reiterated my requirements several times to the dentist who conducted the oral examination. I can’t consider doing business with a company that completely ignores everything I say and proceeds as if I hadn’t spoken at all. There is no possibility of trust being established with Dentaprime

Jun 14,2024Made very welcome by the wonderful, polite, friendly James on reception. Nothing was too much trouble for him. I am on a continued journey with Dentaprime due to the condition of my gums. I have been attending for a year now, all which was thoroughly explained and prices broken down for me. I am extremely happy how things are progressing and all the staff have been outstanding. Jun 13,2024Avoid this company, my mum was in the process of having treatment, but unfortunately she passed away before her treatment was finished. She was still waiting to get the final set of implants fitted when she passed. The company wouldn’t offer any kind of refund and lied saying her treatment was complete when she passed (the teeth she had was too small for her mouth and looked ridiculous they was NOT the final set) Throughout her treatment before she died the service was unprofessional and didn’t do a good job of the treatment she received like I say the teeth didn’t look right even after paying extra to make them right. This company has 0 morals and I would avoid if you don’t want to waste your money. Thanks, Billie moyers.

Clicked the online chat, had a conversation with a bot who assured me someone would call me “soon”…..a week later and no reply. If that’s how you respond to future clients then I don’t want to be one of your clients….I guess it’s a trip to Turkey despite wanting to spend my money in the UK

Jun 05,2024everything went wrong, reception rude. the pushing to sign the contract right away. follow up never happened. really a disappointment as soon you don't agree with them they treat you like S.... my advise is yes they are cheap on the paper but it changes after the assessment ( my local dentist did a trough full investigation and told me what to accept and what not and guess what everything he warned me to has happened. unfriendly people on the phone and on site .
