Dec 18,2017I always love browsing through Didriks. They have a wonderful variety of beautiful kitchen ware,and the staff are consistently friendly and helpful. On my most recent trip, I went in for baking supplies and came across an intriguing cookbook which I decided to purchase. I never know what will grab my attention each time. Fun store and great experience every time.

Dec 18,2017I had excellent customer service regarding a phone order for international delivery. I was quoted a price for my order including delivery charges. However, I had to pay an extra $74 brokerage charge (which I was unaware of until it arrived) on a $234 purchase. YIKES! The shipping was very fast and much appreciated.

Dec 17,2017This is a small high touch service business providing an alternative to the department or store box store and on line experience. They have a great selection of products and good service. We obviously pay a premium for that. As long as you are willing to pay the prices for the quality products, this is the place for you.
