Dec 15,2017Great selection on anything you’d want, but not everything available in both stores. Knive sharpening is on the expensive side, but very professional - they know how to handle knives. Ordered something, but no follow-up on delay, otherwise I’d given five stars.

To my amazement, Didriks made the process easy. I can't wait for the holiday season to present him with his first professional knife.

Nov 12,2017This store is fantastic. They have an enormous selection of beautiful and unusual items for the home. I found them online when I was looking for a special gift, and was fortunate to be able to stop into their Newton store when I was on a business trip. Customer service was also perfect: not hovering but immediately available. They helped me with my purchase and boxed it up for shipment to my home after I left. Item arrived quickly and the recipient was delighted.

Nov 08,2017I brought in two large Wusthof and one small Faberware knives to be sharpened. I picked them up two days later and they were like new! I am extremely pleased with the timeliness and results of Didriks' knife sharpening service, and definitely recommend it.

I tried out the handling of each, repackaged what didn't work, called in an order for what I wanted and returned what I didn't want. Truly straightforward and simple. My flatware arrived promptly, my return was received and credited promptly, and I'm happy with the product, enjoyed the customer contacts with Megan - she remembered me, my order, my return, everything! Great job everyone!
