Oct 01,2017Didriks had an excellent array of kitchen items and decor. I bought a couple items including expensive crystal candleholders. I was promised by the cashier that they would be polished and cleaned as it was a gift because they had none pre-packaged, only the ones on display. They did not polish or clean them. My difficulty in the experience was that their phone rang non-stop. They could barely take one second to say hi to me, let alone help me without appearing stressed and frazzled by the phone. Their irritation carried out within their interactions with each other. I did find their answers to my questions helpful (design questions). Overall, I think they are a busy business, rightfully so, with a wonderful array of items, but should find someone to concentrate on the shoppers experience and not all be involved in the business dealings.

Sep 13,2017Didriks is very good at its mission: a carefully curated collection of kitchen and house hold items. Some of it is expensive. I don't like some of the items. I think some items are overpriced. But some shoppers might think that the items I like are overpriced. I have purchased several thousand dollars worth of china and crystal and Didriks had exactly what I wanted. Superb service. Very trustworthy. Good advice. Don't hesitate to shop there if you see something you want. I have made purchases both in store and online.
