Placed large(ish) order and worried it wouldnāt arrive in time for Christmas. It was processed within a couple of days and came within 10 days. Great service and good quality!

For every bad experience there is someone who restores your faith. Liam contacted me shortly after leaving this review and resolved the issue I had . He didnāt butter anything up, admitted their failures and promised to put it right. He did with the order delivered by the end of the week. Result - review changed . Had Liam been the one contacting and communicating originally I donāt think I would have had any issues .
After we placed an order, I received confirmation, and advice telling us the order could take 3-4 weeks, due to a recent fire. I had not known about the fire, so was quite impressed they were back up and running, with not really that long to wait. After three weeks, I emailed, asking if I could personalise the items which I hadn't known about, unfortunately we were told the items were now with the production team, so it was too late, which was acceptable; we also saw they were now stating items could take upto 7 weeks. We then checked after 4 weeks if the items had been despatched, we received them 1 week later, total of 5 weeks. When we opened the parcel, which was delivered on time as per email and text, we were delighted. Whilst I read the flyer which was inside, highlighting the fire had destroyed everything - machinery, warehouse, stock etc. I googled it online, and could hardly believe what I saw, and was even more impressed with how quickly they've managed to get back up. They went above and beyond to make sure our order was fulfilled earlier than the lead time and was a lovely surprise to get the kits for the first game of the season! The communication is always quick and efficient and would highly recommend to anyone. The quality is amazing.
Requested a refund on July 18th, still no response 11th August.
Worst customer service going. Ordered a lot of products on the 10th July, was advised delivery by 31st July, no delivery. I'm aware of a fire they had but bear in mind the order was made 7 days before the fire. I have chased and got a reply which basically just was a speil about how important grass roots football is. I run 2 children's football clubs 1x U10 and 1xU13 and now need to postpone training due to start on 7th Aug due to no balls or bibs. We are working in a tight budget so cannot afford to go somewhere else to purchase them. I again emailed with no response. Awful experience
Placed my order on Wednesday and received on Friday morning. Ordered 4 products, all were in stock, delivered and all at great prices. Would highly recommend and use again.

I placed an order with them and at first I had some issues due to me being an international customer, but their customer service representative soon contacted me and we managed to fix the issue. They were extremely helpful and even managed to get my order processed 2 weeks earlier than expected. Iāve ordered our team warm up shirts with them since 2022 and it has always been great quality and great customer service.
Ordered a few items which had to be split into two separate deliveries due to one of the items not being in stock anymore. Kayleigh kept me in the loop and was able to obtain the out of stock items for me when a previous order was cancelled. Kayleigh was superb and was really proactive in handling my order. Placed my order nearly two weeks ago and was advised my order would be delivered between 7th - 9th April - great service it would seemā¦.sadly not! Was informed on 02/04/24 that ONE item was on back order so nothing will be getting delivered until the end of April now at the earliest. I have made countless attempts to make contact with this company via the communication avenues provided - email/facebook messenger etc in order to just change the size to a larger size and one thatās actually in stock and not a single response! Find it appalling that a large company of this size āconducted an internal reviewā and decided NOT to have a phone contact as they respond more productively via email BUT THEN DONāT RESPOND VIA EMAIL EITHER! Hopefully an honest review will spark someone into actually responding to me! If you take someoneās money, at least have the decency to acknowledge said customer!
Even though the company couldnāt supply one of the kits we wanted (we did need 12 so it was a big ask) the customer service and communication received from Kayleigh was fantastic. Keep up the great work.
I have now purchased two sets of kits and a set of tracksuits. All personalised with initials, numbers and the club badge. I highly recommend using this company with its speed of delivery, quality product, unbeatable prices and 5* customer service. Zahib has been great to work with. They are very informative, quick to respond and true to their word.

Having previously tried ordering a kit from a well-known large supplier with several promised delivery dates and constantly being let down I got in touch with DFK and from the start Josh was incredibly helpful. Although they couldn't get the same kit, Josh helped me to find a more than suitable alternative which could be with me in 2 days. Very impressed with the service as was not a huge order but was dealt with as if it was! Will be using again in the future.

Good customer service! I ordered 3 items totalling over Ā£100 and after 2 weeks I was concerned nothing had arrived. I checked my order status only to find that my delivery was being help up due to a cheap Ā£3 whistle! Their policy states they will not send out the order until all items are available! I emailed them in a panic because I wasnāt bothered about that, my main expensive item was a Christmas gift & that was what I desperately wanted! I then read the reviews on here & panicked even more so sent another email pleading with them to just forget the whistle and to please send me just the bag of balls or cancel my order so I could purchase elsewhere! I received an email reply the next day stating that it was no problem, they refunded the whistle and then my balls arrived a couple of days later! Such a relief! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE :) Thank you x Just lost a star because I think their item availability needs to be more transparent and the fact they wonāt send āpartā orders isnāt great but in fairness they dealt with it quickly for me!
